Breakfast crazy expensive, no water in rooms

Staff is amazing. Average stay. Never received deposit back. Hard to reach accounting. Better stays elsewhere.

I will say the breakfast on site is a nice with many options Get that with your reservation if able.

Great location. Clean facilities and room.

Not much for what we paid. Pool was small and there was no staff to help supervise a very loud group that took over the entire pool. Room was okay but overall experience left me underwhelmed. Have definitely had better experiences for less money.

They smell like sweat and body odor. When told of this , the front staff shrugged and said no extra charge for the Odor and have a good day . Bath room filled up with water from defective shower . I asked for a wake up call and it never came. I was charged $100 upn check out for things only a thief could explain. DO NOT STAY THERE

Great stay- our room smelled a bit. That is the only complaint

The rooms were dirty we found candy bags behind bed . Pieces of a game. The rugs were dirty.

For such a beautiful place they never had enough staff on the desk one guy most of the time sometimes too for a busy Fourth of July weekend. It was horrible. They have seven stations and two people there very understaffed at the front desk. I don’t know how they would do that

Great spot near seaport. Pool was clean, women’s locker room was very small but also clean.

Great place to stay for conference. Only the front desk staff are not very helpful.

Our room was not cleaned once, towels weren’t replaced once and when we tried to ask the cleaning lady who was right outside our door handing out towels she said we would have to call the service desk and request for a towel ( I called and nobody answered btw) only thing they did in the room was spread the bed once! Trash wasn’t taken out either for the three nights. Please note, there will be a destination fee that they will dispose to you at the end of your stay that nobody will mention at the check in point also note that this is outside of the security deposit!
