Greeted upon arrival, coffee & water available 24/7 in lobby, room very clean, staff were exceptional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Rooms were great, helpful staff, love the access to bikes. Lots of breakfast options, though the eggs were a bit dry.

Location was PERFECT to the convention center. Also, seems like a quiet safe neighborhood. I am not a fan of onions in my eggs. I still had some - just picked them out. Everything else was great. Thank you.

We stayed in a room with a full kitchen and we were very impressed by how spacious and functional it was. Better than some Boston apartments :) Unfortunately the pool was under repair while we were there. Using the neighboring pool was great. It wasn't a big problem, that's the only minor downside of our stay.

The check in process was fraught...computers glitchy and it was late ( after a pavilion concert). We wanted to see the seaport before the concert and there was no noon check in possibility. The usual 3 pm check in really doesn't work for this location.

The hotel is quite close to the seaport although really not in it. The rooms are new and quite comfortable.
