Great place to stay and very welcoming

The room was clean and large. Having a kitchen was extremely useful. The staff were great and the breakfast was outstanding! A yogurt bar and fried eggs?! Above my expectations. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance and the valet parking was extremely pricey. The hotel was situated in the seaport district which was very walkable to restaurants and hop on/ off bus.

Friendly staff - clean room. No bar or restaurant on site - have to go across street to their sister hotel. Breakfast is terrible. $25 per night destination charge on top of expensive room, multiple taxes and an additional $54 per night for parking.
-
Hotel nice , good location but the parking was a bit much $50 self parking , $54 valet that’s alot

Would stay here again.

Great hotel would stay here again!

We had to find a last-minute place for my daughter to stay overnight after her flight was canceled. It was easy to book and she was able to get breakfast before she headed back to the airport in the morning.

I thought the hotel was a good value and I loved the valet parking! Staff was very accommodating and professional. I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 5.

Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was loved by the whole family. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to anything and everything. Parking was a struggle so plan on using VALET and it’s is wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay in Boston at the Element hotel. It was close to everything we wanted to do & the staff was amazing. My only complaint is that the breakfast was just mediocre. It seemed like there were powdered eggs, but they always had cheese in them (allergies) & they never had real bacon or sausage (it was chicken or turkey - yuck). Also, there are no ice machines. Also, our bedroom barn door wouldn't stay shut - it slammed open when we tried to close it.

Very recommended

Great staff, clean and location was great..

We stayed the weekend at Element. The room and property were clean and up to date. The breakfast was fine, however we didn’t see any breakfast burritos as advertised. Our room was furnished with a sofa very near the foot of the platform bed which caused me to hit my shin on the square end of the platform several times. Interestingly, the mattress had rounded corners. Had the platform had the same rounded corners it would have been fine.

Nice breakfast buffet

Definetely I recommend this hotel. The only thing that I noticed is that the maintenance need to paint walls where there is more traffic of people to make it look sharp, as well as the elevator it needs to be cleaner. But in general I'm happy with my stay there.

Room had full kitchen. Pool was closed. Good location. Perks $15 for food or drink across the street. Free ticket for ICA.

Beautiful clean room, front desk staff is amazing!

We checked in around 10:00pm. AC did not work in our room. Called for service, but they never came, so 30 min later we went back down to front desk and got another room. The AC worked, but the phone did not work in the second room. They wanted us to call the front desk to let them know if we wanted the second room. Same with Valet. No valet service for us. Parked our own car in a valet parking spot and found the car in the same spot next day. On leaving they just handed us our keys. We played valet for them and were charged valet fees. Not going back.
