Staff was very helpful, room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked. They also gave us a coupon for a free desert in a nearby restaurant and a $15 credit in the lobby convenience shop.

Cons: 1) no place to put your clothes like a chest of drawers. I lived out of my suitcase instead of placing my clothes in open desk shelves on display. There is a closet for hanging things but I don’t wear suits or dress shirts on vacation. 2) no where to hang anything whatsoever in bathroom. No hanger/hook on door, nor wall (except hand towel rack), nor shower. Had to just toss towels on floor, hang bathing suits over glass door, when changing clothes just put them in pile on toilet tank. Very inconvenient. 3) no exhaust fan in bathroom. 4) the AC/furnace is very loud when operating. Can’t hear tv when operating. 5) layout of room is odd. King suit is not as bad as double. Seems a lot of useless items like pots, pans, stove, computer desk. Not very useful for vacationers. I aint cooking soup or making breakfast. Just the microwave is fine. 6) we booked a king suite months in advance, at check in we had to use queen double. Hated this layout even more. What’s the point of the reservation? Staff let us move to king suite the next day once it was ready.

Lots of room. Had a nice kitchen in the room. I did not use it because I was there only one night, but for an extended stay it would be great. Good location if you are taking a cruise out of Boston. A little pricey, but they all are now.

Great location for before or after a cruise. Very convenient also to walk to restaurants. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very large room, with sitting area and kitchen. Excellent breakfast. Would book again.

Easy to find, easy parking lot right next to the hotel (within walking distance, but is $50 per day if you park and leave the car overnight). Check in was easy, staff was polite. The room was clean with no issue. The only concern I had was when checking out the man at the desk tried to check out the wrong guest name 2 times. Even after I gave him my room number and last name. Once he looked for the 3rd time he got the right name and email. Overall would stay again.

Everything was great. We did have an issue with the cooling in our one room so they gave us another room immediately and property was great and the breakfast was simply awesome and free part of your stay cost.

Breakfast was very good. Plus the kitchen was great.

Check in was easy. We got in early in the morning and they were able to get us checked in. Every person we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok but it was nice to have a little something to start the day.

Breakfast is good. U have to pay $50 /day for parking. Park on the street and pay the meter.

My brother in 337 had same issues. Plus very rudely spoken to by desk clerk when he told her he need refill coffee packets. Response was take all you want from the breakfast area! Lastly, desk clerks prioritized snack area customers first and left us standing there waiting with their backs to us. At best, a Hampton inn!!!

They also charge a $25 daily 'resort fee', but there are no resort features. You can spend up to $15 on highly inflated items like chips and sodas at the snack bar, but only on the same day. Otherwise, staff was pleasant enough and breakfast was okay. However, there are many better choices for the price paid
