Breakfast could be better !! Same options every day 🙃😩 The neighborhood around the hotel felt unsafe, with drug addicts gathered at the bus stops.

I didn’t love the surrounding neighborhood but the room was great exactly what we needed for a quick trip into the city. Keep in mind the only parking available to guests is valet and it’s $55 a night in addition to a $200 hold placed on your card at Check-in for “accidentals”.

Breakfast was good, with a good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. The breakfast room is pretty small and gets very busy in final 30 minutes so recommend getting there early.

Sofa bed in room needs a refresh. Lobby furniture needs cleaning.

Place was very clean. Breakfast was of terrific with a variety of choices.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Nice to have a kitchen in room also!!

The main drawback is its location: Not encouraging. It is far from the main historic areas. More importantly, one feels unsafe walking in that neighborhood particularly in the evening. I would not go back mainly because of safety in adjacent areas.

Great stay. First time in Boston. Staff was great. Checking on us from the second we arrived. Will stay there again if we go to Boston again.

Room upon check in was very clean, lobby coffee very good Front desk staff not warm, Rooms should be cleaned daily considering a room rate of $400 per night, breakfast had no fresh fruit or healthy food choices( no zero fat yoghurt )
