It is right next to the hospital so you will hear ambulances all the time. It was terrible for sleeping.

Breakfast was great and delicious

Its a pretty good hotel. Breakfast was the best part. Beds are clean and room was clean and nice. There is some noise issues outside up until 12am. There is a hospital next door so if you are super sensitive then I don't recommend this hotel. I was able to sleep at 10pm-12am each night but I was also coming from the west coast and was on west coast time for 3 nights. Still, I give this hotel 3 stars. Great breakfast and nice little gym on the 9th floor. The staff was very friendly too!

Staff was knowledgeable and kind. They were friendly and truly cared for their customers. The only issue was the bathroom. The shower was not cleaned well and there were remnants of hair in several places.
-
My room was clean and the staff was nice. My room's location was a bit noisy considering lots of sirens close by. I enjoyed my stay.
-
I was charged the deposit fee of $100 for one of the rooms when I know we cleaned them and was not told why I was charged
-
Very close and easy access to hwy. Restaurants 10 min walking .

The front desk representative wasn’t greeting us wasn’t friendly all. The showers in the bathroom was very slow wasn’t working right . I was very disappointed about how I was treated there and wasn’t a good place to longer than a night.

Very clean, helpful staff, breakfast was great. Convenient parking across the lane. Located next to medical center so outside was interesting. Adjacent to rough areas of south Boston.

The buffet breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and spacious. When I was asked which floor I preferred to stay on, I said it didn’t matter, I just wanted a quiet room. I ended up getting a room across from a hospital where there were ambulances arriving at all times of the day (the complete opposite of quiet). If you want to stay here, request a room that is not on the hospital side. Also, there were homeless people standing on some of the corners asking for money near the hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. However, when I booked the room it said that parking was provided. Nowhere did it say I had to pay a daily fee. I was told about this when I checked out.

Room was so clean, i even did the finger on a surface test and nothing, plenty of towels, face cloths, etc, plenty of pillows. It was wonderful, will definitely come back! Breakfast was pretty good too!
-
The gym is not really a gym, but a small room with some equipment. The staff were super helpful and the room was clean! It was so a pretty good location for us. The breakfast was lacking for sure but the 24/7 coffee downstairs was great.

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. Location is very convenient to catch a ride into downtown. Very clean room, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast each morning. The biggest drawback is that if you get a room on the southeast (Melnea Cass Blvd) side of the hotel, it was very loud overnight with traffic, emergency vehicles, etc. Would strongly recommend a sound machine/app if you’re a light sleeper.

Clean room, easy check in.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast.

My biggest complaint is the location of this hotel. It is directly across from a hospital, which also has a methadone clinic attached to it. All night long there were ambulances and police coming and going, which did not make for any kind of peaceful rest. Along with that there was no way I felt like I could walk anywhere and feel safe. I feel this should be a top descriptor for this hotel. Since your review rate is fairly high. I only read about twenty of the first reviews listed which didn’t indicate any issues so I didn’t read further. That is on me so next time I will be sure to filter and search the low ratings and reviews first before just taking it at face value reading the first handful of reviews.
