Convenient location at a fair price.

Parking location was very convenient.

It was nice for a short trip. Not the best location.

Smells and small

Hotel is right next to the medical center; it was very noisy with ambulance and helicopter noise all night, which made it hard to sleep. Unfortunately we were there during a heatwave and the lobby and hallways were not cooled down enough; it made for a very uncomfortable experience. The indoor pool was more like a sauna and not well maintained - it was very unappealing. The hotel was also far from attractions and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. I would not choose this property again.

The one draw back to this location is the parking and where the entrance is located. Hard to find even for the gps.

Everything looks great and wonderful

The entire hotel from the lobby to the halls to the room was clean and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised.

Convenient to Fenway area. Parking was easy. Excellent restaurant right next door. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Clean but a little but could use some updating.

Absolutely gross. Dirty. Armed security guard. Drug users outside the door.

Fast check in. Helpful staff. Very clean. The children loved the pool and it was well maintained. Extra perk they offer a complimentary shuttle to Fenway!

Great place and free parking

This hotel was in a very unsavory part of the city. There were junkies surrounding the hotel (I could guess 5-10 within a block at any given time). The front desk assured me a two block walk to the quick mart was safe but on my way I experienced several homeless aggressive experiences. Walking in the middle of the busy road, screaming at each other, etc. but then when I got to the quick mart the doors were locked. You could only purchase items from a window. Assuming is for the safety of the clerk. But I could not see in to even let him know what I wanted which was just some simple snacks for the room. The constant hospital sirens did not bother me but I could see it being a real issue for others.

Staff was very helpful. Lots of restaurants close by
