Another outstanding stay at a Home2 Suites location! My room was so comfortable and well-appointed. This is my first choice in brands when I'm looking to book a hotel! Well done!

I stayed at this hotel recently and I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and very clean. There was coffee/tea available in the lobby (in the evening too), and there were many delicious breakfast options. Breakfast in the lobby can get crowded. We ate around 8:30am. It might be best to eat earlier. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There are shops, restaurants and a lovely ice cream shop with indoor seating nearby (walkable) for an extra special treat. There is a lot of parking, but depending on how busy it is, you may need to walk a bit when parking the car, as the lot is shared with two other hotels. I would love to stay here again.

Location , opportunities, breakfast Bad and pillow can be more comfortable but it was good .

The staff members were superb! Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Staff was very helpful for any requests we had, location is central to many restaurants, Target and a grocery store. Close proximity to the T. Would stay here again!

Clean hotel

So, so - pretty much the same items all 3 days 1) We were assigned a room at check-in that was already occupied & entered the room to find an elderly couple sleeping there - they must have been scared too! 2) We did not get housekeeping done on the second day - the housekeeping staff claimed we had a DND sign outside our room, although I had taken it off & informed the front desk accordingly. They told us they would have housekeeping done

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The room itself was a positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced a very serious noise disturbance in the middle of the night. We were staying on the 5th floor, so we were already quite high up in the building, but the noise coming from directly outside the hotel entrance was still extremely loud and clearly audible from our room. The disturbance lasted for more than an hour and a half. There were people shouting and screaming, with extremely loud music coming from a car. There were four people outside the hotel, dancing, shouting and playing music at a very high volume. The noise was so loud that it woke us up in the middle of the night. We were forced to wake up and call the front desk ourselves so that the hotel could contact the police. We took photos and audio recordings documenting the situation. Unfortunately, by the time the police arrived, the four people had already left. As a result, our night was completely disrupted and our sleep was seriously affected. The hotel acknowledged the disturbance but explained that the noise was coming from a public street and was therefore not their responsibility. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything happening on a public street, but the noise was occurring directly in front of the hotel entrance, was extremely loud despite us being on the 5th floor, and continued for more than an hour and a half in the middle of the night. We were particularly disappointed that we had to wake up and contact the hotel ourselves before the police were called. Regarding breakfast, it was nothing particularly special. There were no plant-based milk alternatives for guests who cannot tolerate cow's milk, and there were no yogurts available either. Parking is not included and costs $25, which I found expensive considering the price of the room. The only gesture offered by the hotel following this incident was a refund of the $25 parking fee. I also contacted Booking.com Customer Service and provided them with the details and evidence. Booking.
