Home2 Suites by Hilton Boston South Bay

I think this area gets a bad rep, so I wanted to write a review that addresses a lot of the concerns I read coming in. This hotel was pristine and service was great. Rooms were spacious and spotless. They have their own parking lot across the street that had plenty of room. I read reviews that the location isn’t great - I’m not sure where this is coming from. We felt safe the whole time and the area is patrolled by security. You need a key card to access the inside of the hotel as well which was great. Also read that the area is loud, which we didn’t experience either. We chose a room at the front of the hotel and heard maybe one truck go by in our entire 2 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Safe area, close to restaurants and 10 min walk to subway *redline* . Family of 5 stayed two nights and went to a concert at td garden. Took 20min total to walk to subway and get on two different lines. The hotel was cheaper and we felt safe the entire time. Dunno what other reviewers were thinking.

The room was clean. The hotel was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Very easy to get around. Parking is a tad overpriced for the area but an overall great experience. If I go back to Boston, I will be staying here again.

Close too shopping The room was not as clean as it should be, hair strands in bathroom shower and floor, bathroom sink not clean Cracked TV stand, room blinds also cracked.

It was very clean and inviting. The room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I had a little trouble with the gps directions to get there. Parking costs $25/day and is not secure.

Parking was an issue. I expected the parking to be in the back of the hotel, not across the street

The staff were very helpful with the check in process, describing how to find the parking lot and where to find a place to eat. The breakfast had an interesting selection of breakfast foods.

Excellent staff and great room

Me and my family of 6 recently stayed here and first off the pull out sofa had a recent and still pee spot on it we got switched to a different room that smelt like someone had a stale cigarettes in the room for 100 years so they switched us again which the room was huge and slightly had an odor but the hotel gave us a can of spray and we called it a day. We made the best of it and obviously if the hotel didn’t know there was a pee pee accident I get it but on the other hand do better people come to stay with families the last thing you want to do it carry all your stuff to a different room, wasn’t a horrible experience but also wasn’t good.
