Staybridge Suites Boston - Quincy by IHG

The stay at this establishment was extremley delightful. The facility was very clean and the staff were delightful. I will be frequenting this establishment in the future.

I liked their overall services, such as the water/ice was clean and tasty; laundry was free; room design was super useful. The main reason for booking this hotel was having a kitchen in the room. I was not satisfied with their cleaning service. We stayed for 27 days and scheduled the cleaning twice a week; however, they did not vacuum the room even once a week, nor did they change the sheets after the third reminder. In the meantime, their kitchen utensils were not clean; I washed everything when we got into the room.

The breakfast was a wonderful spread and the room was bigger than expected! The elevators were a bit slow and the doors closed super fast but really no biggee

Parking was tricky, but overall the stay was good

One thing that really stood out was the seating area along the wall. The dust buildup looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s very centrally located and makes it easy to explore all of Massachusetts. One downside was that food odors from other guests cooking would drift into our room, which wasn’t pleasant. Would I stay at this property again? I’m not sure. Would I recommend it? Yes, mainly because of its convenient location, but I think there is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and breakfast quality.

Overall the appearance was good. I did find it did not live up to the pictures. The advertisement t made it appear trendy and the place to be. The picture of the bar(not operational). Breakfast was disappointing and dead bugs on flood of eating area. Staff were friendly enough and it was convenient to funeral I had to attend but it will not be my choice next time I’m visiting family in Boston.

Very clean room, updated with large window. Kitchenette well equipped and modern. Great shower, comfortable bed. Laundry facility which was free except detergent. Staff was a bit lazy, not always at the front desk. The breakfast was okay but no variation, same everyday and frequently ran out within an hour or so. Easy 2 block walk to grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

They advertise as having parking but they do not have enough parking spaces even though they charge you for parking. The "overflow" is a grocery store parking lot about 1/4 mile away that you have to walk back from. At night, this can be a sketchy endeavor.

Location is good. Just 5 minutes walk to North Quincy station.
