Overall the experience was great. Our check in was quick and the young man at the front desk was very nice. All other staff were indifferent which I don’t really care as long as they are not rude. Overall hotel was clean with the exception of the mounds of towel left outside the doors. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and clean.

I have used this location many times. Staff is 100%. I expect very little while traveling. But The shorts hanging in the elevator for over 3hrs after management being aware was a first in over 30 yrs.

1 elevator stopped working and they were oblivious The front door came off the track and front desk just shrugged their shoulders and said it happens sometimes

Great hotel, especially for long stays! The room is spacious and very comfortable, well equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, desk, and a couch. Parking is readily available most of the time, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for money. recommended! The breakfast is very basic

The room was nice and clean. The stuff was very helpful. However, the breakfast was not the best and I wished the hotel had more amenities like a hot tub or a pool that would’ve been nice.

The staff was very helpful and everything was clean and orderly and I loved that since it was my second time around at the hotel.

They never gave me back my security deposit

Quick easy check in. Clean hotel with a great area, close to food, grocery store, and train station. Highly recommend staying here and not too far from beach as well. 10:10 hotel and 10/10 location.

I liked their overall services, such as the water/ice was clean and tasty; laundry was free; room design was super useful. The main reason for booking this hotel was having a kitchen in the room. I was not satisfied with their cleaning service. We stayed for 27 days and scheduled the cleaning twice a week; however, they did not vacuum the room even once a week, nor did they change the sheets after the third reminder. In the meantime, their kitchen utensils were not clean; I washed everything when we got into the room.
