This stylish hotel lies in the north of historic Raleigh only about 8.5 km from the centre and affords good access to all the attractions and activities which the city has to offer. The hotel is run down with a fake cosmetic uplift to it!! I felt like bugs were on me at night! Staff was not so polite!

One of the staff members were very rude and the whole time something was wrong with our room door and it was never fixed. We had to constantly go down and get new keys or have the keys reactivate it to get into the room. One of the staff members refused to give us another key or to reactivate the key with my father was not there because his name was the only one on the reservation even though everyone else was of assistance the whole entire time. We understand there are rules but the way that she spoke to us was outrageous. The hotel was just OK it just looks like an older hotel did they have tried to give a face lift it did not do a good job at it. I appreciate that my rental company gave us somewhere to stay but I would never want to say at this hotel again.
