Everything exceeded my expectation. I expected a normal hotel stay, but everything was a pleasant surprise. From the room's cleanliness, the staffs friendliness, including the housekeeping, kitchen staff and front desk workers etc. The breakfast, was one of the best breakfast bars I've had at hotel. The lobby amenities, they had games to play inside and outside. The outdoor patios were very beautiful. The seating area with the big screen TV, grill, plenty of seats on the patio. The pool, and the gym was a little small, but had a very nice view from the gym. They were even as sweet enough to give you free headphones plenty of towels and water cooler. There were a lot of little gifts like that for free. Just shows how much they Prioritize your happiness. Each room gets a little plushy animal, and coffee makers.. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee in plenty flavors, 24/7 Cookies on the front desk. It was just so sweet and thoughtful. All the little things they put together. This definitely should be a five star rated hotel. This will definitely be my first pick of where to stay next time I come to Raleigh from now on! I actually felt like I was at a resort. Resort vibes the whole time.

I can genuinely say that it was an excellent stay. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. From the front desk staff to the morning team serving breakfast, and even the goodies at the front desk, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The only minor issue was the pool, which was a bit dirty.

La limpieza de la habitación estuvo muy bien, solo hubo 1 inconveniente la puerta de cristal de la regadera no cerraba, se recorría, así que opté por poner una toalla chiquita abajo de la puerta para que no se abriera. El desayuno fue excelente!!

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in, nice lobby and woodsy vibe outside by the pool. Hampton always has pleasant breakfast choices.

Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. Very quiet also! We loved our stay!

Comfortable bed. Beautiful lobby. Very nice receptionist at the front desk. They sent a nice text after we arrived in the room asking if everything was okay. The bathroom even had a full-sized bottle of hand lotion. The bathroom was very large and roomy for a hotel bathroom. There were plenty of towels including hand towels for all of us. The refrigerator was larger than the typical hotel fridge; that was very nice. The hotel lobby and breakfast area is beautiful and spacious. It has lovely wood beams and a lodge feel. The woods around the back of the hotel make a pretty setting. There is a gas station in the same parking lot; that was very convenient for us. This hotel is very close to the airport; it is a great location.

During check in the desk clerk was requesting a deposit for my room which was paid in full online. When I refused I was giving a room close to the elevator door and the AC unit below was malfuncting, keep a awful lot of noise. After complaining I was moved cross the hall. We were awaking the next morning by house keeping moving up and down the hallway. Around 10:30 they starting knocking on the door to find out if we were about to check out. Just as we were leaving around 11:25 am they were at the door again. Needless to say I was never stay in that hotel again or recommend it to my family and friends.

Close proximity to everything. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Quick trip for a concert. Room was ready earlier than expected and offers a later check out at noon , which is not the norm.

We were in town for a film festival and stayed overnight. It was clean and met our needs. No complaints!

Awesome, family friendly hotel! We enjoyed our recent stay at this Hampton Inn. The property was well taken care of and staff members were welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon cookie hour were a hit with our kids, and the short drive to the Lenovo center made this the perfect spot to rest our heads after getting in late after a concert! This location is also a 10 min drive to shopping and restaurants in Cary. Easy access to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Employees were nice and helpful. Would stay there again.
