The hotel was very well designed and clean. They welcomed us with little swag bag. The products in the bathroom were the best I have ever had…super clean ingredients and smelled really good! Helpful staff as well!!

The staff was great and helpful! I love that housekeeping texted to check on us every morning to see if we needed anything. While there, there was just a bit of an ant problem in the parking lot. The ants infested multiple cars in our party. Took a bit to get rid of them. I would park near the building until it’s taken care of. We love that breakfast was included! It was a great selection and was good as well as the bar! We used the pool and lounge and really enjoyed our time there!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. The breakfast was good, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I really liked the hotel and would stay here again.

Hilton had an outage & they could not check us in. We left our phone number, they never called. Hours later I called them & was told to find another hotel. There was no offer of a discount to offset our trouble. Nothing. I had to call them back the following day to get the refund to be processed. They never once reached out to me or made me feel like a valued guest. Terrible customer service!!!

This was a great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was amazing and they had space outside where you can sit and relax.

I was only there for one night, so this is based mostly on my interaction with the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good for complimentary. They had some hot stuff (grits, eggs, waffles) and other items like pastries, cereal, and juice. It was quiet and nice that a gas station was in walking distance. I chose the hotel because of the others' reviews and I was not disappointed.
