Breakfast menu was fresh, plenty of options. Everyone was very cordial, room clean, was really much better than we expected. Would definitely stay here again.

First let me start with the initial check in at the front desk He. was not friendly at all not to mention when I HANDED him my cards and ids I had my hand out and he placed them on the counter and looked down at them for me to pick them up . The next day the afternoon front desk person was not friendly my husband and I spoke and she very much ignored us. The following day Monday morning my husband and I was startled out of our sleep around 8:30 a.m by hammering constant hammering my husband called down stairs to see what was going on, the front desk said that SHE was aware they were renovating… my husband said he was not aware. She then suggested we can go upstairs to another room to take a nap! This should have been communicated. Considering I purposely paid extra for a king high floor room because it supposed to be more sound proof. This was a horrible stay we came in town to celebrate my husband 40th and it was very much a terrible experience. I must admit I expected better from a Hyatt property!!! My husband and I travel often due to our corporate careers and looked forward to a good wind down. This stay was very disappointing.

Pool was closed when we wanted to use it. Hot day and booked hotel to use the pool after helping niece move all day.

The staff was amazing and the breakfast very good!

The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area around **9:30 a.m.**, and there was very little food available. It would have been nice if the breakfast items had been restocked through the end of the breakfast service so that guests arriving later could still enjoy the full selection. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
