Th ac worked great The milk at breakfast was bad and tasted spoiled. The shower had a bug in it when we checked in. Seemed a little dated. They were paving the parking lot so couldn’t park anywhere.
-
No bad odor I rather speak to management to sort this out. Terrible.

Close to Lenovo Nothing

It was fair, clean and passable. Farther from airport than expected. We were drawn to the pancake machine for my daughter——bu5 it was broken.

i didn't even stay, they didnt give me a room when i paid for it. Lady at the register was racist to me. Wow. crazy experience The worst experience ever. My booking wasn't accepted but the money got charged. I will file a claim against the propertty. They didnt even refund me. Scammers. Stay away

It was close to where I needed to go. The free breakfast was delicious. My toilet was crooked and did not firmly fit. I only had shower and hot shower and bath like I saw in picture on Booking.com. I did not have any housekeeping services offered.

the beds were comfy, good provided toiletries Breakfast was not fully cooked. Facilities were clean except the lobby women’s bathroom. No pool, you should really get a pool. The charges on our account do not add up. I tried speaking to a manager and I was hung up on now no one is answering. We were supposed to get an itemized list of charges and have not received. I’m being told it is a system issue but can’t verify since no one will call me back

The place was clean for the most part and in a very convenient location, close to everything we needed. There were several downsides. The A/C unit was extremely loud, and there was a train that passed by frequently, which made it hard to relax. The ice machine on my floor was also out of order. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing—the pancake machine didn’t even work.

Loved it was near the venue I was attending My room shower wasn't cleaned so I had to change rooms

next time I'll go straight to the hotel. I've tried to reach out to the booking customer service the last 3 days and have gotten NO response.

The staff were friendly and things seemed clean. The train rattling the bed when it went by.

Breakfast was nice Locked out of room and hotel unable to make a duplicate key. Had to wait in the lobby for over 4 hours in the lobby in my pajamas until 4:00am for emergency call to the maintenance man to come from his home and unlock the door. Clocks in the room was incorrect still hour behind causing me to be late for important event. No carts in the lobby for luggage so I had to carry all of my bags myself and the desk clerk mistakenly locked me out of the hotel lobby. The same time I was locked out of the room for hours there was another couple with the same problem. Upon checking in the room was not ready and waited over 90 minutes in the lobby. The hotel manager was horrible with her customer service skills and offered no assistance. Upon being locked out of the room the manager said she would take care of the bill with reduced bill. The next morning when I spoke with her she went back on her word and said she was not authorized to do that. She said she would follow up with owner for resolution and call me. The manager never called me. The manager called my friend and offered 10,000 points and the points have yet to be credited. The hotel is poorly managed and I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. The manager and staff do not care about their customers. Horrible experience and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at hotel and I’m a frequent traveler. The manager and staff need some customer service training. Bad, Bad, Bad. This is not good for booking.com

The automatic pancake maker was way better than having to make your own waffle I wouldn’t change anything

Hotel is right next to train tracks At least a 30 minute wait to check in , they could have used some help for the only staff member on duty . She was very polite and helpful Weather in the mid 80 degrees. AC did not work , had no other rooms to switch to . Old wall mount type that was converted to a wall thermostat , which is fine if it works . Very warm night and room was stuffy . No fan in bathroom Found dirty pair of socks on floor Internet had no security and was pretty slow Room phone not working We always stay at holiday inn express. But for $200 for one night and the terrible experience at this one … I think I will be switching

I liked that it was right next to a 24 hour gas station, as well as being tucked off of the road. The amenities were easily accessible, we did have a room next to the door to outside. We did like being able to come and go as we please and not have to walk through the lobby. when we first check in, the young African-American girl, who seemed aloof and disinterested both days, had said to the other young lady 20 people had checked out at 12 o’clock. I understand people check out late, maybe even in mass. From what I experienced, however, it’s not much of a process to check out. There’s just a box where you drop your key and that’s it. It seemed almost all high touch areas such as the soaps and lotions were obviously not wiped down, I do bring wet wipes for this very scenario however. I would provide pictures of that, but I needed to use the restroom/wash my hands, and I don’t specifically go out of my way to make sure that I’m taking pictures of negligence to report to management, hence the wet wipes. There are some things that I can live with, such as a cleaner who has to clean a ton of rooms missing something. But after I saw the cobwebs, I did question not only if this room had been cleaned, but when, a few weeks ago? There was no fan/vent able to be turned on in the bathroom. Respectfully, nobody wants to smell each other after the bathroom and you don’t provide air freshener. Not to mention, the only light you can turn on in the bathroom, also triggers the massively bright mirror light. It genuinely felt like I was being flashbanged. For $180 a night I feel I could’ve gotten a better room elsewhere for sure, I would drive further.

Wonderful stay. I was actually very surprised. Very clean. The bed and pillows better than when we stay at a resort. The staff every shift was so kind and accommodating. We will make this our new spot when we visit NC. Nothing

This hotel was conveniently located for the Lenovo stadium. The staff were absolutely phenomenal if I could give them a higher mark I would have. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had The staff taken care of the breakfast were also terrific. I would also like to add that this hotel was super clean and very quiet at night. Also on a side note when you look around there was not a lot of debris or trash.
