Pool was great. Room was great!

Property was loud. You could hear people in their rooms.

I stayed here several years ago, and we must have stayed in the main building. A lot has changed since then. Upon check in, we were assigned to building E, which was several (connected) buildings away from the main lobby. We were asked if we could use the second floor without an elevator. I was traveling with 2 children and a senior citizen, so this was not ideal to carry up all of our stuff. We were told the other rooms weren’t ready, so it was basically to wait or to be able to check in the second floor room when we needed to. Since we were in building E, we were right off of the interstate. Traffic was loud throughout the night and I had a hard time staying asleep. Luckily the kids slept through it. The walk to pool area from our building took quite a while, and we had to walk through several long hallways to get there. Upon arrival to the pool, there weren’t any towels. I walked to the front desk (which was another longer walk) to get some for the pool area. The stay and use of amenities required a lot of walking, so be mindful of that if your group has any limitations. The room was pretty clean, but there was a sticky substance on the dresser and a hair on the mattress. My children thought the pool was great, but it’s important to note the downsides of this property before staying.

The water park is a bust. The chlorine levels burned our eyes and made our skin itch. The only water slide for big kids was so wild that after only one ride, our daughter had 5 large bruises including one on her head. We didn't ride it again.

That was very unhelpful seemed like they did not want to be there. Would not give an extra inch to help you.

room had not been cleaned properly before arrival. Crud on the floor. Room was not cleaned the second day... just towels dropped off. the bed was soft and pillows were lumpy. The airconditioning worked really well and we were cold most of the night. Resturant was a nice atmosphere and tried to come across as high end but the food was not good at all. The steak sandwich seemed to be pre packaged and was hard as a rock. Potatoes were stone cold. The water park was cute and clean but both times we went the water slide was closed. parking was adequate and close. The staff made me wait to pay for food from the convenince store while they did some sort of paperwork. She was curt as if I had really put her out buying a protein bar....We seriously considered checking out and going to another hotel half way through the stay but the rooms were non refundable. It wasn't horrible... but it also isn't where we wanted to spend a vacation... everything seemed sub par.

Excellent service! Nice and friendly. Great room with balcony, trees and a nice courtyard, too! I would stay there again.

Our bathroom was pretty run down and lots of water damage all over door, ceiling and floor. The beds were comfy. There were weird stains on the walls like someone sprayed soda and it was never cleaned up. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really good and great service.

I like the suites and the pool. When I want extra pillows, blankets and sheets, I usually have to walk the maze to get them.
