Had everything u need

One of the best Best Western properties.

The pool area and waterpark were a definite highlight and we spent much of our time there. My daughter was delighted! This property was fairly clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. And all of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and ready to serve! The employee in the pool area was particularly helpful and conscientious about his work. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The 2nd and 3rd day of our stay the AC leaked and soaked the carpet along our wall that led to the courtyard. Maintenance had to come in a shop vac it up and set up a fan for a few hours. The rooms looked like they were redone since our last stay there (3 years ago). One manager had heard our grievances and talked about setting us up with some kind of discount but we have yet to see any kind of refund. We will try another place next time.

Not convenient at all, staff was not greeting customers no matter what.

For the nightly rate, I expected more, but you can see the wear and tear in the room. There was an opening at the bottom of the floor in the corner by the tub. I could have picked a similar hotel with breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Look at your other options nearby.

Water park is made for little kids and had poop in it. Hall way was wet and slippery from pool area. Room smelled like a surgical room but was way too strong and never went away. Good location though

Unique water park - kids enjoyed it.

The room conditions are about what you would expect for a Best Western of its age, dated and tired. The fold out mattress was stained, and the leather couch ripped. The grounds are patchy and not well maintained. (Many dogs do not help that cause I'm sure. Thanks for the dog bags, just need more people using them). Staff are always friendly and helpful, and we just wish ownership or management would be able to bring it back, especially for the safety of our kids and any other kids staying there.

Overall the motel was very nice the kids had a blast at the water park. If you are traveling with kids 100% recommended. Staff was very nice.

Room was not the cleanest. Crayon on the wall, ceiling was chipped. Key card quit working halfway through the trip. Pool area could use a good cleaning. Yevett at the front desk was helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Did not get handicap room. Manager not on duty when checked in.

WiFi was spotty. No free breakfast. There are free coffee and water . Our shower hose that was attached to head sprayer was broken. It made the entire bathroom floor wet. It was difficult to take shower. The water park area was too far to walk. There are no elevators.

Always love staying here would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here mainly for the water park, and it was a lot of fun. The two water slides are very fast, and the kids had a blast. The only other disappointment was that there wasn’t even a continental breakfast. For a hotel of this size, I was surprised they didn’t offer something simple like bagels, toast, muffins, and coffee. Even a basic breakfast option would have been a nice addition to the overall experience.

I return cause the rooms are clean, and the amenities are suitable and clean for my grandkids.
