Great location. Good value for the price.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was good. No exercise facilities but the neighborhood hotel allowed us to use their facilities.

Breakfast was adequate. Room had an odor. It was fine for a quick overnight stay.

The price for the value was good and the rooms and common areas were clean. No closets and/or irons in the room. I booked a Suite and the was no couch, just a window bench above the A/C. The immediate surrounding area was not great.

Affordable. Breakfast was solid. Location was good.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Tamara, especially, was extremely helpful; going above and beyond to assist us on a matter. We wish they had eggs as part of the breakfast. Other than that, there isn't much to not like.

First stay at a Microtel property. Good value for what we needed, but very basic room & breakfast. Vanity area in bathroom was not existent!

Room was quite good size. Everything was solid. There is a Walmart Superstore 5 mins walk from it which is great.. Not a lot of food options close by. You definitely need a car for this property..

Mediocre breakfast selections

After having a bad stay at a hotel in Wyoming, walking into this MicroTel was a dream. The rooms were perfect with nice pillows and mattresses and the clerk said that the property was just newly remodeled, and it looked it. Breakfasts were nice with enough selections to accommodate any morning appetite. Hats off to Rapid City MicroTel!

I do enjoy the fact that it is located by a lot of major shopping You can tell this was a new purchase of an old hotel. I’m hoping they still plan to do more.

Front desk only opted to move us to a different room. It was already late and I'd gotten into my sleepwear already. Also, there were 3 hotels right next to each other, finding it was difficult.

Our check in went very smoothly. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel was NOISY. We could hear every conversation around us and every car and conversation in the parking lot. The walls must be made of construction paper. The hallway to our room smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived. We could not get the tv to change channels. Thankfully, it was on a channel we enjoy. I was happy they had gluten free bagels available at breakfast!

The room was clean and updated. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Easy location for getting to restaurants and main roadways without the hustle and bustle noise that hotels sometimes have. The hotel was well maintained and staff was friendly. My kids enjoyed the waffles for breakfast.

Very cute and just what hubby and I needed for an overnight get away. Bed was hard.
