Floor was filthy, mold in the air conditioning vents! Security lock was busted, missing tile in the bathroom and wallpaper coming off the walls
-
Room was filthy, blood stains on carpet and refrigerator not working. Avoid this hotel

The room could have been cleaner. They were stains on the floor. I told the housekeeper. He said that they were short staffed. I enjoyed the pool. The bed was comfortable. I told them about the tub dripping water. They have a small breakfast. I had cereal, an apple, and waffles. The staff were helpful. The air conditioner worked great. The parking was good too.

We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem. As with the other associates, she wasn't wearing a name badge. The continental breakfast barely ranked as meager at best and we didn't see anyone who might have been assigned to the area. The pool and rest room were disgusting and poorly maintained. We never did see the bottom of the pool during our visit. (I have owned five homes with pools so I understand proper maintenance.) The rooms needed updated with peeling wallpaper, etc. The bathrooms were an accident waiting to happen. The toilet was just over a foot off of the floor with no safety bars to help you get up and down. The step up into the bathtub was ~18 inches off of the floor and a challenge to get in and out safely. It had one low safety bar that was broken off. We loved our visit to the Black Hills but the Days Inn on Lacrosse is not the place to stay.

There could be more breakfast offerings.

Air conditioner was full of dust, room wasn't clean and mold on wall in bathroom. Room was botcleaned prior to our arrival. Spots on mattress pad appeared to be from bed bugs. However the lady working the front desk was very apologetic and as helpful as she could be.
-
Roach in the first room. They moved us to a new room and it was even worse. The sheets were stained. There was food still in the refrigerator. There was gum and candy wrappers behind the nightstand and underneath the bed. The bathroom light did not work and the toilet seat was broken.
-
The breakfast area was very limited in what was available and messy. Room was not the cleanest; trash behind night stand.

Good location, clean The breakfast was sad!! We went to eat at 7:30. Breakfast is supposed to go to 9. There was only waffle batter for one of us. No one came to check it. Husband asked an the girl said the was no more. There was no butter, no napkins, no juice. Nothing in the small fridge, and only white bread. Nothing to put on it. We were really disappointed. We were told that there was breakfast, but it was a poor one compared to what you get most places you stay that have breakfast.
-
there was no breakfast very disappointed everyone that we saw was complaining about this. Somewhat false advertising
-
It was close to Walmart and Sam’s Club No elevator
-
the toilet ran continuously. the air conditioner was difficult to figure out. the bathroom was very cramped. coffee was strong and hot available at any time.

When we walked in the room also smelled. The bathroom was not very clean, the walls and the paper was peeling off. In the shower there were hairs from other guests.

It was in an ok spot The breakfast wasn’t really bring apples, cereal and waffles. Our room was gross and dirty
-
Location was good. We walked into first room and it smelled of smoke, moved us to another room that smelled of dog urine
-
Gross bathrooms not cleaned. Sink would not drain and by morning black sludge was backing up into the sink.
-
Pool was cloudy, staff wasn’t very helpful. Asked for clean towels and didn’t get any.
-
The pool was murky didn't even smell like chlorine. The rooms and common areas are dirty. There's stuff on the walls. And the breakfast was just cold cereal. And its ghetto, there was Crack heads propping the side door open with rocks. Going in and out all night. One point there was someone leaning on our vehicle.

Stains on carpets. Run down!
-
