Won't stay again

Close to the freeway and close to everything. Nice swimming

I wanted to leave but I was with others. When I checked in they gave a room did not have a king size so they gave me one with two queens that had sofa with holes in it.. I complained so they gave me a different room, they did not have shampoo, closet with not hangers, not drawers to put your clothes in, no chairs to put your suitecase , door in the bathroom did not close and it seems it was cracked and the fixed it by putting screws, sink was rusted and dirty..breakfast was a joke, not milk, not bowls for cereal, not scrambled eggs, this is horrible experience and I will never consider this hotel chain.

The room had everything (a/c, hot shower, clean towels, etc.) but everything else was extremely dirty. The free breakfast was the worse I ever experienced.

This hotel and experience was just “meh.” Our room smelled like it was once a heavy smoking room and they tried to cover it up with a gross smell. The carpet was stained and I didn’t want to step on it with my bare feet. The pool was ok. It was warm, but nothing special. Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, cereal and waffles. There are tons of places to stay in Rapid City- if I were to do it again, I’d choose somewhere else.

The pool worked but there was only one light (I checked the switches), so it was very dark inside.

No elevator,the breakfast consisted of a few donuts,some cereal,coffee no juice.

Oh and breakfast was a joke. They had waffles and 2 kinds of cereal and bread for toast, but no peanut butter or anything, just a communal jelly.

The cleanliness was poor,the walls had stains and looked like food particles on them.The bathroom toilet seat was taped and had scorched marks on it.I had to ask for towels and for my garbage to be emptied. No garbage can in bathroom had to take personal items to the only can in the main area in the room.

We had the handicap excessable room so I am not sure about the other rooms but our room had a stained sofa and it didn't look like it was in very good repare. The main desk and the rest of the main part of the hotel looked ok though. The beds and bathroom were also clean so we appreciated that. It just wasn't in great repare. But it did have some nice space.

Multiple night stay during recent holiday. Very pleasant staff member at check in. Staff for remainder of stay very unhelpful. Breakfast offerings were lacking. All selections geared towards children. It appeared that staffing was inadequate as there was no housekeeping for part of our stay. Multiple requests for pillows & other items went unfulfilled.

Maybe not the best pre clean before our arrival and hot water took a long time to come to us at the end of the wing, although once on it was fine. Property A bit dated but overall a comfortable stay. Thanks for having us

We expected a clean and comfortable place to stay, but unfortunately, that was not the case. It is unacceptable to pay for a room in such poor condition. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, and this hotel failed to meet even that expectation. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleaning standards so future guests do not have the same experience.

The hotel needs maintenance; the rooms are dirty, the beds are disgusting, the sheets are stained, the towels are torn, and the bathrooms are dirty. Breakfast consists of only coffee and donuts.

The toilet seat was loose and almost falling off. The light in the bathroom kept shorting out. The room smelled musty. One of the laundry room dryers did not work properly. The front desk was pleasant but inefficient. When I got there I asked for our towels and beds to be changed every day and was told sure no problem. One day not even the towels were changed and I had to go to the front desk several times to finally get clean towels. Generally the staff was nice but the place was not well run and it was not a good experience for us on our vacation.
