Clean room, friendly staff - pool is nice

Room was quiet, but there was a weird smell upon entering. Bathroom sink leaked. Breakfast was very meager-only cereal or bagels-no milk, juice, protein, decaf or hot water. Water/ice machine wasn’t working, so bottled water was available. I won’t go here again. Did not feel like I received my moneys worth.

So it was alright for a quick stop over. Things are old but clean and functional. The ice machine was out when we were there. Also there is a $10 processing fee for booking on Expedia on top of $20 dog fee. The price was reasonable and the staff was super nice. The breakfast was just some bagels and spreads for them.

No complaints at all! Clean, has all the amenities, great location immediate access to 90. Highly recommend it.

Well taken care of and very Beautiful, I like the style of the trim work and the woodwork. Great craftsmanship and thank y'all for the care you have for the upkeep on the building.

Great staff, clean pool, only thing was we had to request the bathroom to be cleaned when we checked in.

Breakfast was very minimal with no service.

Room had tons of useful quirks: great fridge and microwave. Lots of outlets. The pool was nice, and there were a bunch of nicely maintained flowers inside and around the hotel.

Comfortable beds. I wasn't happy with the fact they put $200.00 on my credit card with a $10.00 processing fee in case my pet did any damage. I get that, however the carpet was very dated and stained when we got there.

Clean room, air works well.

Toast or Jimmy Dean sandwich. No fruit at all. Hotel looks original to the 1970’s. Carpet in the room was not clean, and appeared to not be carpet cleaned in quite some time. Outdoor pool was nice, which is my only positive comment. Would only stay here again if all other hotels were significantly higher priced. The employee with the dog was the only friendly one we encountered.

Made an error in my reservation and the staff were very accommodating.

The host on Sunday evening, July 19th, was very rude and not helpful at all. He would not allow my husband to check in because I was not with him. When I booked the hotel, I made sure and did so with his name as the individual checking in. I have been a gold member for over 25 years and never had such a rude person like him. He obviously is in the wrong business. He needs to find a cubicle job for his idea of service.

The property was very charming. The rooms were impeccable, easy access, comfortable and large. The air conditioner was quiet, continuous running and kept the room cool during a 100 degree day. We gave a 4 star rating vs. a 5 star due to the surprise $200 damage deposit added to our CC at check-in. This is not something that we have ever experienced before. The ice machine was empty and not producing ice. The front desk staff checked into it immediately and deemed it out of order. My husband gave the continental breakfast 1 star and he is very easy to please.
