Very outdated

The waterslide was out of order, the elevator on our side of the motel was broke, the hallways stunk, the room needs updated and it was musty, they need a $100 deposit after payed that will take almost 2 weeks to put back in my account

Very clean. Retro decor The site said they had an airport shuttle. They did not.

Location Very old, run down looking, no pool, 1 elevator didnt work , continental breakfast poor

Terrible experience. Bathroom had dirty pantry hose in the corner. Toilet didn’t flush fully. Had a bed bug on my pillow this morning.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

The bar inside the hotel close to the pool and also the heat lamp in our bathroom The slide wasn't working.

Room and Bed were clean. I picked this hotel for two priorities, transportation to the airport and food availability. This location was advertised as having a free shuttle to the RAP airport, no shuttle provided. Also advertised as having a restaurant, nope, no on-site food available. Had to order a pizza and pay for an Uber. Very disappointed!!!

The beds were nice and the room was clean They made this seem like it was family friendly but it wasn’t. Water slide was broken, no kids in the whirlpool or gym. My teenagers were pretty upset. Then the breakfast wasn’t well maintained

Location and staff Into the bathroom just had a minute amount of toilet paper. I had to go ask for a roll. It also didn’t look like it had been vacuumed before I got there. And even though it was a very cool day, they had the air conditioner on full blast and it was freezing when I got there.

good location Took over an hour to check in even though I had already booked online. The computer system was frozen. Put me on fourth floor without telling me elevator was broken

It was ok. Only one elevator worked Key cards didn’t work had to be reset 3 or4times. Bed only made one time in 6 days.

The property is beautiful. The staff was horrible and rude. We presented to a pet friendly hotel to only be told they only accepted dogs. We had a small bird in a bird carrier back pack and was refused our room and not given a refund to this day.

Close to every thing Breakfast could be better

Continental breakfast - ALL CARBS, no protein, no good choices for a diabetic.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the entire property was well kept.

Room size is suitable, comfortable and clean. Flooring and fixtures are outdated but functional. A good value at these room rates. The elevator was out of service.
