We had to leave the property earlier then expected due to car being broken down and no one in area could fix we asked two night a before and they stated we could only get one of the nights cancelled we went the next morning and was told by a different person that we would have to pay for it all , on Expedia I couldn’t cancel and hotel said they couldn’t cancel because on Expedia this makes me Leary about ever using Expedia again . Also if we would have know it was two days we were paying for and not 1 day we might have stayed but the whole car was packed

The employees where great. Very helpful when we needed stuff. I give 4 stars because it advertises for the slide but does not give size of pool. The pool was so small and there were way to many kids. It was over capacity in my opinion. Also the breakfast was not very good every morning and was packed in a small space.

Complimentary breakfast was good for free hotel breakfast, short drive down to downtown rapid city. All in all a good hotel

Breakfast was crazy busy. People were nice. Put towels at the pool. Makes no sense to come out wet to get your towel at the front desk and make the tile floor slippery

Big plus is water slide for the kids. Very clean and friendly staff. Had to ask for an ice bucket, none in either of the two rooms we used. Also would have like drinking cups, other than just the two coffee cups.

It was all great! It was clean and had very polite, helpful staff. Was a plus to have a laundry room. Enough variety at breakfast. We stayed 6 nights and would stay there again.

Pool was very dirty along with the room. Also why is there a separate resort fee? So many bogus fees that make ppl not wanna use hotels

Staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean. Bed was too soft for my liking but was clean and neat.

Not enough breakfast food was provided for all the guests that were there. No fruit, no eggs, and only one flavor of juice.

Room was dirty. Didn’t look like it was cleaned. There were dirt on sheets and covers, shoe prints on floor, red stains in the shower and pet fees were too high.

We had a room with two beds and a pull-out. The room had a ton of space for our family of 5 which was awesome. Our kids enjoyed the slide/pool, however the size was quite small and the hot tub was broken. My biggest complaint would be the cleanliness. Our bathroom was quite disgusting. Also the breakfast offered was not great.

The hotel staff was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. However, our room was dirty especially the bathroom.

The breakfast, was, like every other Wyndham hotel we stayed in on this trip was a joke. Lukewarm frozen sausages, some cheap donuts , coffee and tiny muffins. How about reducing the room rates and skipping the lousy "breakfast?" Location is very good, near many food choices. Nowhere to walk to though. Our second morning hotel maintenance started running a gas powered pressure washer at 7 am in the parking lot that made further sleep impossible.

Staff - Horrible had to check me in 3 times , keep calling didn't even know who was in the room even after the 3rd time checking in. Charged my card when the hotel was paid for in full online , breakfast below average for price.

Wry nice stay. Staff was very pleasant, room was clean and quiet, and the complimentary breakfast tasty. Thank you.
