They were clean rooms and the breakfast was good.

Because of these issues, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the management. They apologized and told us that they would refund us for one night of our stay. Unfortunately, they never followed through with the refund they promised. Overall, I was very unhappy with our experience at this hotel. The problems were not handled properly, and the management did not keep their promise. I expected much better customer service and would not be satisfied with staying here again.

We did ask staff to tend to non heated hot tub and jets not operating. Sink in our king suite was slow to drain.

Could really use some updates, but overall not bad for a weekend.

The front staff was amazing and accommodating. Anything we needed they provided. Breakfast was great and the cookies at night were a nice touch. Parking was never an issue even though they where full. This is our 3rd time staying and it is better than the last 2 times.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The Breakfast was good, well attended too and a nice area to eat in.

Just a point of concern for older folks, it would be nice if the shower had grip strips on the bottom and possibly a grab bar.

Room was just right. Would prefer a walk in shower vs a tub. Breakfast was typical. Great location

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a positive experience. But the hot tub had only one working jet. When reporting this, the front desk said management has no intention of fixing it.

Breakfast could have had gravy to go with them and there could have been milk cartons for those who prefer to drink milk. The hot tub was down for repairs and with sightseeing and driving all day I was looking forward to it

All in all a very pleasurable experience. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, the breakfast was great and so was the server! We would definitely stay there again.
