Comfort Inn & Suites Rapid City near Mt. Rushmore

Good breakfast, front desk even gave out cookies during the day. Staff was nice. Just the bedsheets were a little dirty in certain areas

Clean comfortable the usual for breakfast. No one available at front desk because he had maintenance job to do. But was super nice when he finally showed. Not his fault. Elevator broken when we woke up so had to use stairs from 3rd floor. Not sure what happened with anyone ADA. Smell of cleaning products is super strong and smells very chemically.

Everything was great except for the whirlpool/warmtub/birdbath in the October sun. Probably the worst soaking tub I've been in over the last 50 hotel's. Everythjng else was amazing.

Staff were very helpful and professional 10/10! Breakfast was good 8/10! Swimming pool had a fun slide 10/10 The only issue was we were on the top floor and they were having work done on the roof. Roofers were supposed to be done working at 6 pm but shuffled around above us until after 7:00 pm. In the evenings they had fresh baked cookies in the lobby that were delicious! Fresh water and lemon water too!! Over all we loved the place!

The workout area needs some help. Treadmill did not work. Elevator and the room air conditioner made some interesting noises. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Got in late and left early so we didn't experience much of the hotel but it was comfortable enough if not overwhelming. I would like to shout out the front desk employee at the other comfort inn & suites in Rapid City who immediately realized what had happened and directed us to this location

all staff was great freindly answered all questions quickly and knowledgeable.

Overall great experience, pleasant staff, quiet hotel, comfy bed. Only downside was this is a place where coach operators stay so place is busy especially at breakfast time so hard to get a table until about half hour before breakfast stops. Overall experience though excellent.

On a roadtrip for 5 days this was our favorite stay by far! We had an awesome, very spacious suite for us and 3 kids (king bed in separate room that had a door!! With its own TV and AC, amazing!!) Beds were comfy, rooms clean and we loved the pool area with a fun Waterside and good sized pool and hot tub, also love all the natural light from the big windows in the pool. Good variety of continental breakfast and nice eating area. Also found the staff the most friendliest compared to all the other places we stayed. Would definitely stay again. Good location, lots of restaraunts and shopping a short drive (minutes) away.

The staff was amazing always smiling and friendly. Our room was nice but under the beds it was a disaster. Got ahold of front desk and they moved both beds and vacuumed under them. I didn't like the fact that the cleaning staff cleans the rooms every 3 days. This left us to put our used towels in the hallway and then had to secure more towels. The breakfast was great many varieties to choose from. I would stay there again with no problem.

The staff was polite and very helpful with any questions we had and the after noon cookies and cold water in the lobby were especially an appreciated touch. If we are ever near Rapid City again we will stay at this Comfort Inn.
