The property is very clean! Staff was amazing except for housekeeping. They were hit or miss on cleaning our room. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, pancakes everyday. Pool are was fun for the kids and a nice hot tub all open till 11 pm. All in all great place but area is away from all the tourist things to do.

Great location, room is spacious. Nice pool for the kids. A good variety of breakfast. The mattress is a little too soft for us but comfortable. Would stay again.

The room was spacious with comfortable chairs, love seat, and bed. I would recommend this location.

Hotel was clean in a great location and over all clean. The service was horrible. I'd have to call and beg every day for face clothes and towels. I was there 5 nights never came in or vacuumed the room or made the bed while I was there. The breakfast and food was ok at best. I liked the location and was easy to get to attractions.

The young man that checked us in Friday night 5/29 was excellent in all respects. He went above and well beyond to make the process easy and pleasant. I had the chance to watch him in action as there were people ahead of us and behind us. All round a remarkable performance by this young man. All of the other staff that evening and in the morning were exceptional. They did a great job of making my stay pleasant despite the ongoing property updates. There was only one exception of an excellent staff. At check out my experience was the opposite of the check in. The young lady was bored with her job and condescending. A night and day difference with the excellence of the balance of the staff.

Lied about their breakfast being a full breakfast because they were doing construction parking was very limited. Room was very nice. I like the room was fairly big.The bathroom was very clean.Yeah the big tv

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was just off the interstate. Shopping was nearby. The hotel is under renovation. There was no indication of this when we booked the stay. No swimming pool. The breakfast room was relocated and consisted of microwaved items and grab and go food.

Renovation was taking place so some amenities were unavailable. Looks like the place will look fantastic when reservations are completed.

I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look (and feel) for me.

Nathan the manager is absolutely amazing along with Cole! Best place to stay in rapid always clean, quiet and comfortable!
