Hilton Garden Inn Rapid City

Comfortable bed and easy check in. The glass shower had not been cleaned and had some type of white goop (probably shampoo or something similar) stuck all over it, you could also see where something had been spilled next to the bed and cleaning staff had not scrubbed the carpet or wiped the side of the bed down.

The shower had pink mold in all the corners. No slip proof strips or mat in the shower. Only one grab bar. The highway and parking lot sounds were loud. Most of all it was too expensive fot the reality of the room.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet after a long travel day. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and would stay again

We enjoyed our close proximity to the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was okay but a bit pricey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be in need of cleaning throughout the halls and room.

Good stay

We booked a room with a king size bed and ended up getting a room with two queen beds.

Received a knock at the door at 9am asking if we checked out. It was house keeping. First time keys didn’t work, back to the front desk. Front door was malfunctioning and the front desk did nothing when advised by security and several guests. I had to call corporate. Will not return to this hotel.

Few bar choices. Buffet breakfast was so-so for $18.00!

Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy.

Breakfast was okay The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the towels smelled musty, our key card didn’t work for the pool. When they fixed it so it did, then it wouldn’t let us into our room. The conditioner and lotion were both empty. They advertised room service but did not deliver to the room.

Decent. Though the chargers and outlet in 319 weren’t working but other then that a pleasant stay

Loved the breakfast menu option Hot tub isn't big enough for a lot if people, had to keep checking availability on ut, got to use it once sadly.

It was good! The only thing is that we wanted to stay facing the front and the front desk attendant told us even numbers faced that way (which was false). We aren’t upset but maybe just an education piece for her

The toilet failed in our room right after we checked in. Stacey at the front desk was amazing and helpful figuring out how to get us a different handicap room! Thank you, Stacey !!
