As my wife and I enter the room we turn on the lights and walk over to the table to put down a bag my wife notice right away little bug running away to hide and then we notice more running around the floor as well, we just held on to everything we came in with and walk out the room and went straight to the front counter and ask to cancel everything and for a full refund. I will never stay at a Econolodge or recommend anyone to..

Not what it looks like on booking it is dirty the pool is by far disgusting

The room was nice but pretty sure there was a cockroach in our bathroom. The tv remote wasn’t connected. The hall and elevator smelt horrible. The pool was cold and looked like it was being treated with outdoor pool chemicals. We found a chlorine tablet in the pool. Bottom of pool felt like it had sand and/or rocks. Pool area didn’t seem very clean overall. My wife stepped on a thorn. Don’t know how a thorn is in the pool area but she stepped on it. We had to bring our dirty towels back down to exchange for clean and dry ones. Pop machine said it took Apple Pay but wouldn’t let me buy a simple bottle of pop or water. Overall not a great experience for $100. Wouldn’t recommend.

Older hotel. Looks like they are trying to fix it up. But it’s still in really bad shape. Also all the hallways stink like curry food. A lot of sketchy people in the area and no parking due to all their construction

Did not like much, pool is smaller then looks in the picture. Room wasn't finished, air conditioner did not work well. Tried to check out early and refused a receipt, and got charged for 4 days only staying for 2. terrible experience!

There was some remodeling going on, but that's understandable. Appeared to be just one elevator and sometimes it took a while to go up or down.
-
bummed about the breakfast and that there was no hot tub, but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

The pool was ice cold he said they had turned on the heater but tried the next day and wasn’t any warmer the hot tub in the pictures is no longer there just a filled in hole the tile and flooring in the pool was in terrible shape and the water slide looked pretty dilapidated I didn’t even dare try it the elevator had a very off smell the only thing i was impressed by was the breakfast it actually wasn’t half bad but had very few options (waffles toast small muffins hostess doughnuts omelettes with American cheese cereal and yogurt) for drinks they had apple juice orange juice milk coffee and tea wouldn’t stay at another Econo lodge again

Our rooms were very clean. The staff were all extremely pleasant . I booked a room and then when I was googling an address I saw some terrible reviews. One was only about a week before and said the swimming pool was closed which was a huge draw with 5 kiddos. They really made an effort to get adjoing rooms, it didn’t work out but we were side by side and they made the effort. Breakfast was fantastic. The waffles were great the eggs were great, all good.

The hotel disclosed that some rooms were being renovated, but it did not disclose that the pool and waterslide were closed. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel for our son. When we entered our room, we discovered that the interior safety lock was broken. On our second night, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a complete stranger opened our door and walked into our room carrying a duffel bag. The hotel had given this person a working key to our occupied room. Imagine getting ready for bed and suddenly having an unknown person enter your room. We were shocked and frightened. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a serious security failure that could have ended very badly. My husband immediately reported the incident to the front desk. The staff reset our keys, but we no longer felt safe. We blocked the door with furniture and stayed only because it was extremely late. The manager promised us a refund for the second night, but we were still charged the full amount. The hotel misrepresented its amenities, failed to secure our room, gave a stranger access to it, and did not honor the promised refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. Your safety is not worth the risk.

The owners and workers didnt speak English, there were bugs everywhere dead and alive. My brother found cockroaches in his room . We found some sort of weird bug. The fire alarm didnt work in my parents room and didnt even have batteries and wasn't even hooked up. There was black mold all over the bathrooms in there. It was disgusting. Won't ever stay there again. When I got ahold of this website, they called the front desk since they are never there and dont answer the phones when you call, they told them that they offered us a new room which was a complete lie because Noone was ever at the desk to ask them!!! They told us the pool was open 24/7 and then we left our concert with our kids early to be at the hotel by 9 to swim and they were closed. Not a good experience at all.

Families Beware!!! In the middle of a remodel, A/C didn’t work, 2 towels for a 2 queen bed room (expecting 4 at least). A group of guest opened the window on the second floor and was smoking. If you don’t have much for expectations you’ll be just fine, but I’ll never take my family to this place again. Don’t let the pictures of the pool fool you, my son has battle wounds. I hate to be so negative, but definitely not for families.

Ok, let’s start by saying how deceiving the so called 5 star pictures are online. Nothing looks like the pictures that were provided. The pool doesn’t even have a hot tub and looks creamy from prior repairs around the pool. The pool is in terrible shape nasty water. I rented two rooms , both had a ton of bugs in them in one room they were standing water in the tub in the air-conditioning wasn’t working. It was just really gross. One of the comforter was pretty sure we had blood on it and it looks like the place is just about ready to be shut down.. I usually don’t leave these kind of reviews, but I feel like people should know what they’re getting into if they’re gonna be on Hotels.com trying to get themselves a nice hotel for them and their family.. if I could give it less than one star I would I would really like to add pictures to show this improve. How terrible this is. This place should be condemned.
