For the price we paid, the room was absolutely unacceptable. No closet, no iron, windows unit for ac and so loud. Had two use 2 remotes for the TV. Room was not cleaned for 2 days, 1small bar of soap for 5 days. The worst was the lighting, only one small lamp on the night tables, room was super dark, the lamp was so small and did not give any light, the other night table emptied. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

No coffee maker, kleenex, very little to the room but for the night it was fine.

Also when I 1st register at the motel I specifically told the lady that I was paying in cash, (which I did the same day) I was only using the credit card for the motel to be secure with my reservation. After I handed her the cash and few days later she charged to my CC, I called my CC immediately, but the front desk canceled the charges. Why they'll put you to such an uncomfortable situation???? The only thing remains questionable is that I'm not sure if they ask me for money ($150) for the keys. Besides the above, employees were friendly and ready to accommodate your needs. Amy

Lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping could’ve been a little better when we arrived. There was crumbs on our table, for all in all it was a good visit. We didn’t eat at the breakfast just had coffee. Lots of parking spots to park. Gas station and near by places to eat, even walking distance if needed. Right off the interstate nice location

Staff was amazing and friendly.

Badly maintained property. Walls got huge holes even in the bathroom. Bathroom tub was cracked. Not enough towels for the guests. Will not recommend for anyone

Staff was helpful location good. Rooms dated with broke hair dryer and exhaust fan in bathroom. Chairs and comforters stained. Floors had areas needed sweeping. Ji

No eggs Front desk staff (except manager named Christy) were apathetic and unhelpful.

Booked a room 3 days in advance, the day of I left Denver around 7:00pm and was expected to be there by 2:15am. I called the place beforehand letting them know I’ll be coming in after 12. The Owner who I spoke to said it was totally fine and to check in online so when I arrived I could grab my key and head to bed. Super easy? Not, when we arrived this person at the counter told us we were not allowed to check in, even called the boss and apparently couldn’t help us. Thankfully another hotel was so kind to help us on this 4th of July weekend. Motel 8 was not accommodating at all, and don’t expect them to be on their word because they will lie to you and expect you to sleep out in your car.

It was close to the interstate, and many stores and restaurants. The staff was super friendly. Stayed 7 nights and they only cleaned the room once (I had to request before 8:00 and they cleaned it at 5:30). The pool was not working and I had to drive 1 1/2 miles to the nearest hotel to use their pool. The breakfast wasn’t up to being called breakfast. They had waffles (staff had to bring out a cup of the batter at a time) toast and English muffins daily. 3 days out of 7 they had hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Nothing else.

Room was clean & comfortable, a little dated but everything we needed. Check in smooth & Damian at front desk was wonderful. Went out of his way to get extra pillows & answer all questions! The refrigerator in the room was the best we've had on our long road trip so far which is important when you're carrying supplies! Only issue is no free wifi without Wyndham membership which should be made clear. Breakfast was typical & open on time. Plenty of parking. Overall OK...

Breakfast was underwhelming. Room was ok, hadn't been vacuumed very well. Bed was great and the pillows were great

Room walls had holes in the walls. Bathroom tub was dirty from not draining properly and constant water drip. The only good about the stay was they refunded me the $35 pet fee.

Everything thing was fine, but the electric outlets were worn so that’s plug would not stay in. Mostly the three prong ones on the wall. Bfst was very good and appreciated

Room was clean, comfortable. Pool was closed. Treadmill in exercise room skipping so bad its not safe.

Location Bed was hard. Walls were so thin we heard a child cry from bedtime to 2:00 a.m. carpet in the room was badly stained just looked nasty! A/C unit stopped during the night so woke up hot & sweaty. Couldn’t get the tv to turn on in the morning.

Nothing. You both to pool, but there was a giant crack and it was drained and not available to use. Curtains weren’t hanging correctly. They were broken in half of them were hanging down so we didn’t get full darkness. The pens were hard as rocks. The air-conditioning was so loud we couldn’t get a good night sleep. The microwave was broken. The blankets were extremely scratchy. The faucet on the sink was so small. You could barely reach your hands under to wash your hands it was ridiculous. At breakfast they ran out of eggs at 5:30 in the morning. They ran out of orange juice they ran out of pineapple juice. They had nothing hot. Their waffle machine was burning the waffles and broke. We were told check-in was 4 o’clock. We couldn’t check in until 6 PM. Worst experience of my life.

the 2 at the front desk were really patient, kind and professional.

The rooms are severely outdated and the property overall feels run down. The final straw was breakfast on my last morning. I was having trouble with the waffle maker when it started beeping. Another guest began giving me a hard time about it, and I later found out one of the people involved was actually an employee trying to help. The problem is that none of the employees wear uniforms, so there was no way to know who worked there and who didn't. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational and left a very bad impression. To make matters worse, when I returned from the store one day there were several police officers outside the hotel. Later that same day, people wearing hazmat suits were cleaning a room down the hallway from mine. Whether there was a serious issue or not, it certainly did not inspire confidence in the property. Between the long check-in, outdated rooms, unprofessional atmosphere, and overall experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.
