Not as advertised...........

Perfect location for an overnight stay on my road trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Great staffs and clean hotel.

Rooms were very nice and clean. The day we were there they had run out of Orange Juice at the breakfast buffet and said they did not have any more to replace the empty juice machine.

The room was quiet. It was as advertised. I couldn't get the stove top to work. I asked at the desk but didn't receive any help. The breakfast was okay, sometimes you had to wait for the hot food of the day to be made and brought out. It was a basic simple spread.

Nice place. Clean, friendly staff.

Room size is great for a family. Beds are comfortable. Room flooring is new - much better than carpet! Pool area is tiny. Pool or Hot tub basically accommodates one couple or family only - only has one table. Outside tables are a nice touch. Overall it worked but could use a bit of TLC - Poolside bathroom was out of order. Pool balcony closed. Gym/exercise room was out of order. Not enough tables for breakfast. Suite didn't have enough cutlery. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Freezer didn't keep food frozen. Room smelled a bit like urine when we arrived.

We can't complain about one thing. Our room was clean. The size of the area had a kitchen and a TV in the bedroom . The breakfast was very tasty. We put our towels outside our door and they presented clean ones very quickly. A very fair price.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Price is really good for what you get. The 2 bedroom room is fantastic. Sixx at the front desk is great.

Truly loved the staff who were very kind and also professional. I like the location and the grounds. I am looking forward to staying here again… thank you Grandstay staff! 🙏❤️

Clean property and comfortable for the price would stay again.

They were very accommodating due to I was last minute needing reservations for my dad's funeral they took care of me made sure that I had everything I needed and were very attentive.

Got in a tad early they said come back in 45 min. We came back in 1.5 hours and they told us to sit and they will call us when rooms were ready. Sat for another 30 min. Rooms were nice but floors are dirty. Guessing because they use a big mop that just pushes dirt around. Bathroom sink was clogged. Fridge don’t open all the way so can use drawers.

What a bargain we got. The room was a fully functional suite complete with kitchen. Robert, our check in host, was very helpful. We will look for this chain in the future.
