The lobby was littered with trash and the front desk in disarray. We were assigned to a room and upon entering someone was already in there?! Had to come back twice to the to reception to finally get a room (not the type we paid for). Literally afraid to sleep on the bed the place was so filthy. And the “included breakfast”… by 8am nothing left and no attempt to replace. Not even coffee. Extremely disappointed

Walls extremely thin. Could hear people snoring through the walls, etc. Had a rain storm and water was pouring through the ceiling in the lobby. Breakfast was so lacking that it wasn’t worth eating.

Nice place for a night. Property seems to be under remodel so rooms are nice but the rest is outdated and in between ages. Short night stay for me but wouldn’t pay the price again unless the property finished updates

Breakfast was pathetic. Oatmeal bag & hot water. No milk for the cereal, no waffle mix to make waffles, the bread for toast tasted stail. There was something to that looked like eggs, but had no flavor. In short, I will not be staying there again

Perfect overnight stay! Highly Recommend!!

Checking was great. The clerk was not clear on how to get to the room. Room 133, was through B door, she did not inform me, she just stated to drive around the back! The room was good, Nice size, fairly clean. The. Breakfast?….was terrible…only bread, bagels, pkg. oatmeal, cereal….2 waffle irons, off and no waffle batter.

I’m disabled and they wanted me to climb stairs cause they did not have elevator with my bag and my backpack that contains all my work. When I got into the room, it looked like someone had been sitting on the end of the bed watching television. . The TV was on no air-conditioning has been turned on. It was hotter than hell in the room.. then I went into the bathroom, which had a coffee cup from someplace sitting on the counter! To me this room has been lived in or someone was staying in it without their knowledge. I was not happy with any of it and I feel I should get my money back.! this is just wrong to treat people this way. I asked for a downstairs room and she said they didn’t have one and no elevator.. a gentleman helped me up the stairs and to my room, but leaving, I had to go down all the stairs with my bags one by one there was no one at. Then I stood there till someone came and I complained about. She made it sound like it was no big deal and that they always leave the TVs on which I think is a waste of energy.. but why would a coffee cup with someone’s lip already been on this coffee cup sitting on the counter in the bathroom? This is not a good standard and it will never stay here again and I travel often..

The "breakfast" was extremely disappointing. There were only a few slices of bread, some overcooked potatoes, and cereal. The waffle makers were out, but there wasn't any batter available. They served coffee in small Dixie cups because there were no actual coffee cups or lids. Overall, the hotel felt dirty, poorly maintained, and completely failed to meet even basic expectations. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place like the plague.

We stayed one nt on our way to Sturgis. The lobby was stinky, there was hair on the walls in the shower and we barely had hot water. I took a shower, it wasnt a long shower, about 30 minutes later my husband went to take a shower and didnt have any hot water. He tried again in the morning and the water was barely Luke warm. I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was well maintained. Breakfast was lacking. Property seemed less then ideal regarding cleanliness.

This place is the biggest dump I have ever stayed in. My husband and I booked two nights here to stay during the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo as it is a good distance between our home in Utah and Cheyenne. The pictures on the website and online are very deceiving. It looks decent but in person, just wow. So old and rundown. No automatic doors, no elevator, lousy service at the desk, old, outdated rooms, hair in the shower, just overall terrible. Don’t get me started on the “fitness room”. It consists of a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical and one, yes one free weight. Pathetic. I realize this is podunk Wyoming, but come on. Do some upgrades. I was getting ready Saturday morning to head to the rodeo when I realize the hair dryer didn’t work. So I called the front desk to see if they had a spare and was told yes. So I walked down to get it and the desk clerk told me someone else was using it. How about telling me that when I called you?? So my husband went to breakfast while I attempted to finish getting ready. He returned to the room and said “you won’t believe what I found”. He pulled out his phone and showed me a completely disgusting bagel, COVERED in mold. Not just a little moldy. Like hairy, had grown to the surface it was sitting on. We had one more night booked there and even though I lost my money, I didn’t care. We booked another night at a different hotel. As we were leaving, I asked for a manager but of course there wasn’t one there. Do not stay here!!

Fortunately the floors in the rooms are a tile of some sort and that was better. Breakfast was marginal. Batter for making waffles only dripped out. We asked 2 staff and finally one figured out the problem. Would not stay there again.

This property could seriously do with better management. Looks like a pigsty from the outset. The toilet seat was broken. Didn't expect this from a Days Inn managed by Wyndham

Good stop on a road trip.
-
Older hotel, catering to a blue-collar working crowd more than casual tourists. Convenient location, reasonable price, and reasonably well maintained.
-
The beds were comfortable, pillows lackluster. They are torn up foam & stiff. There was a 8-10 inch long black hair on the bathroom floor. I have completely silver white hair, partner is balding, salt n pepper, inch long- - definitely not ours. I would not stay here again, area felt somewhat seedy.

Air conditioning worked well.

could have had a little more for the breakfast

Couldn’t take a shower, knob was broken
