Convenient and clean

The staff was great. The manager on duty was especially helpful during check in. The room was large and comfortable. The beds were incredible, got the best nights sleep of my whole trip. Definitely recommend!! Breakfast was good as well. The cranberry juice was a little watery but the coffee was excellent. Loved the ability to make a yogurt parfait. The granola was tasty.

Very small pool, very basic breakfast but over all nice

Internet doesn’t connect at all and tv reception was bad but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Nice place as long as you don’t need internet.

Hotel is a perfect stay if you are needing to stop for the night on a road trip. The room is very basic and the breakfast was the same. The hotel you can tell is a newer hotel compared to the area and some of the other hotel looks. Staff was very welcoming.

The staff are very friendly & professional. We were just passing through on our 1500 mile drive home. It was very clean & comfortable & we slept great.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was good.

Out of waters for the room, had to buy waters. Very poor selection of snacks, no refrigerator or microwave. Food was terrible, milk was expired and curdled, breakfast was minimal…evening staff was great, morning staff was on hoods phone and knew nothing. Won’t stay at a Fairfield again. Shower was very moldy…gross.

We requested two first floor rooms together so i could be close to my disabled sister. We got to the hotel at 2:55 and were able to get one room for my sister...but the other rooms were'nt cleaned yet. We came at 4pm and waited for thirty minutes while the rude employee looked at lists and walked back and forth to the office--then finally said he couldn't give us another room on the main floor. Then ( someone we believe was his buddies ) knocked on our door at 2 am to harass us.

The best hotel in Rawlins.

The staff were nice, and that was probably the nicest part of the hotel. The pool was over chlorinated and burning everybody’s eyes just by being in the room with the pool, furniture was broken in our room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, it looked like the maids never changed the sheets, the doors on the backside of the property don’t shut on their own, and you have to manually shut them (they even have notes asking you to shut them for the staff), the little market area was completely empty, there’s no restaurants close (so I hope you like gas station food for dinner), and breakfast…. that was even bad! The milk for the kids cereal was expired, and we waited almost a hour for them to come refill the hot food that was empty when we showed up. It’s unfortunate because this hotel looks like it was built recently. But it definitely does not look new. This hotel definitely does not meet the Marriott Standard. Very disappointing!!

The air conditioner in our room had a high pitched whine. The breakfast was very underwhelming. No yogurt in the fridge. Nobody to help. Only one hot food dispenser had food which was lukewarm. No coffee or decaf either. The drink dispenser was watered down so the juice tastes more like…water.
