It was a clean and comfortable hotel right next to the highway for driving.

It was what we would expect. Check-in was poor. The desk clerk had to retrieve his phone to unlock his computer. After that he was surly in his approach. I asked him to include my Bonvoy number to the reservation as the app was not working when I made my reservations. He was, as I said, surly, and blew me off that it didn’t matter anyway since they didn’t accept points. I wondered how he would possibly know anything about any of the system, since he couldn’t even unlock his computer without aid.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast great, staff friendly and helpful.

Overall, the hotel was subpar in my opinion for the price. There was hair on bathroom floor and outside of toilet was smeared with what looked like fecal matter. Things just didn’t look as nice as expected.

The hotel is excellent, as was the breakfast.

We were disappointed because the hot tub was unusable, which was the main reason we choose this hotel. Our room also smelled of diesel fuel. Probably would not stay here again.

The hot tub wasn’t working and that was a big bummer for us, and we requested a partial refund but was not given one. Disappointed with this.

Our room was very, very, very small for a room with a King bed. Breakfast was sparse, we were disappointed with Fairfield Inn. The bathroom was nice.

Nice newer facility and friendly staff, but the hot tub had been down for a while for maintenance and the breakfast was minimal even though advertized as one of the best. Then I accidentally left an item in my room and when I tried to call the hotel their number doesn't work x 2 days now. I contacted the main website but the chat bot is not helpful and their is no way to speak to a real person.

Dirty bed sheets with literal dry blood on them, shower was leaking and had so much hard water residue it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for months. Oh and as a bonus I was charged for my stay from Hotels.com and the property too so my $150/night stay is now over $300.

Hot tub was out of commission. Was very noisy outside and inside. Staff need to do a better job of taming the noisy guests. I dont mind people enjoying themselves, but once it hits 1030 or 11pm, it should be quiet so that people can get a good nights rest. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in service. I chose this hotel because it listed a hottub and indoor pool.
