Staff were amazing and fantastic amenities and had everything we required for our short family stay.
-
Very nice large rooms. Bed was firm but not too firm. Breakfast was very good.
-
Nice, big clean room. Fitness center, 24 hour coffee and breakfast is great. Nothing, it was perfect.
-
The beds were two small for two grown adults to sleep in and the pool and workout rooms were too muggy.

Breakfast is cold with no service or help to replenish items that were missing. I asked multiple room service people for toilet paper trash bags paper towels etc and none of them either spoke English or we're deaf with no translators and that's okay but when I need items then I can't get them I don't understand. I had to ask where when and how to use the pool. I had to go back up and ask where when and how to use breakfast. And once again I had to go to the front counter multiple times to get things for my room. They were stains on the sheets and the pillows. I did report all this to the front desk and they told me to write a review they could help me at that time. I know everywhere in Wyoming was busy do the frontier days but it could have been kept up quite a bit better . Two star

Clean, reasonable price. Good breakfast, quiet rooms.

Good location off the highway. Nice breakfast choices.

Just a one night stay. Nice staff, arrived late with no problem. Good breakfast, but it ends at 9:30. No pancakes? Room was good, but shower did not seem like it was cleaned. We almost always like Holiday Inn Express. This one was comfortable, and met most of the standards that keep us coming back.

The 7 foot high shower head was too tall for 5 foot 5 me to adjust so the spray was awful. At breakfast the bananas were so brown that they mushed when touched and the pancake machine was broken. There are no dinner restaurants nearby, only a couple of fast food places. All in all a very disappointing stay.

Brameakfast area filthy, no one to clean tables and messes

Good coffee, shower pressure and hot water, and bed was comfy, and hotel in a convenient location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. Strangely dirty. One shower door clean, the other not. Crumbs in corners in the elevator, lobby, bathroom. Front entrance was dirty, as was all entrance doors, and there was a snow shovel and bucket just sitting there. Our bathroom smelled kind of like cat spray. This hotel was overpriced for what it was.

Nice clean property and great breakfast

the room was clean I booked a "King Suite with Whirlpool" which in the past has always meant a jacuzzi tub in the room. I booked this deliberately (not a luxury whim) - my husband and I drive long days on road trips and the heavily chlorinated pool/hot tub for public use burns my skin. So we choose a room with a jacuzzi tub to relax sore muscles. I paid $149 before taxes for the room, which I felt was fair value for a jacuzzi tub and a little pricey for the town of Rawlins, WY. We arrived, the bill was handed to me and the word "jacuzzi" was scratched out in red. I asked the check-in person about that and she said that there haven't been any jacuzzi tubs "since the remodel" and that some of the booking sites haven't been updated yet. There were no signs of construction around, so I can't imagine how long the remodel has been complete, how no one has seen fit to make sure the booking engines are selling correct inventory, and how the property can find it acceptable to simply have a guest show up having paid for one class of room and receiving something less. I was actually too tired and too angry to ask for the MOD (knowing there wasn't a tub onsite to be had anyway). We got into the room and the number of things wrong with it are too numerous to list here. My husband is a contractor and his best guess is that the remodel wasn't properly inspected after it was finished. The most egregious mistake is that the bedside lamp on one side of the bed didn't actually turn off all the way - there was no dimmer switch (only "on" and "off") but the light dimmed down to something like a child's night light. No point in blackout curtains if you can't actually turn the lights off! Holiday Inn Express used to be our go-to place to stay in any city nationwide because of the consistency.

This hotel was great, clean, stocked, and comfortable. Service was exceptional.

I have become fan of the Holiday Inn Express hotels and actively search for them in any area I am travelling to. All of the properties that I have stayed at were modern, very clean and rooms extremely clean and comfortable. The added amenities (laundry facilities, weight room, pool and hottub, complimentary coffee and breakfast) are a perks to staying. All of the staff that I have interacted with are pleasant, courteous and professional. It is now the only hotel that I will stay at. Thanks HIE!

Breakfast was not what I was expecting. Very little options and not really worth your time to try. Overall the hotel was good and clean. AC worked and the shower was amazing. Pillows were not impressive but useable.

Staff was not friendly at all. Rooms were decent.
