Bed comfortable.
-
Not the best but the AC worked well.
-
Security locks on the room door were broken and not replaced. Exterior doors of the building did not lock when you exited the property.

Everything was fine. The posting for the Baymont indicated that breakfast was included in the price, which was incorrect. I was aggravated by that because the room was more than I usually spend, but it was a nice room. Parking was okay, The person who checked us in said we could get a free coffee the next morning but the person on duty in the morning did not agree. Hmmm

No frills. You get what you pay for.
-
There is no lobby. You have to check in at Penny’s diner. We didn’t see the sign directing us to the diner until after we had wandered around for 20 minutes.

Great one night stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is unique as there's no front desk or lobby. Check-in is inside the on-site restaurant, which has pretty decent food. I learned that Baymont hotels are contracted with Union Pacific to provide food and lodging for their railroad workers, which explains the signs posted around the property for crew parking, crew lockers, etc. Overall, a clean, quiet, nice stay.

Was checked into the wrong room. House keeping woke me up wanting to know who was in the room??? Not a stop I will make again

This is a no frills Budget Hotel but it is clean and easy to park and there is food on property

Roaches and ants so bad I had to move my manager to another hotel

Check in is at 3pm we got there at 7:30PM and our room WASN’T ready. They couldn’t tell us when it would be ready, they wouldn’t call the manager or housekeeping when we asked, The front desk guy (which is in the food truck next door) was rude and/or very high. We didn’t get our room keys until 9PM. Absolutely do not recommend!

We were not able to get checked in. As far as I am concerned I will never book with Expedia again. Could not cancel and couldn't get checked in. Screwed out of $ 100 +.

Close your interstate blah blah blah

Staff was great. Rawlins was not a planned stop along our route, but due to vehicle issue, we stayed the night. The staff approved a later checkout while we waited for our new transportation to be ready. The room was clean, Penny's Diner was pretty good too.

Clean room and breakfast usual.

The rooms were so quiet!

Okay stay. Nothing special about it. Weird check-in at the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stay away from this hotel. Very poor service, staff was rude. Front door did not latch unless you pulled it shut, definite safety issue. Was charged $87.20 for "incidentals". Was told that incidentals were if we smoked in the room or left stains on the towels, we did neither. Was not given any reason as to why we were charged. I called and left a message asking why but have not received a call back. Would never stay at this hotel again.

They get a bad review from me but not sure if it them or Expedia that I booked from fault. Once we got there we were told no rooms were available. So we booked with another hotel. Week later still waiting on a refund. Expedia agent says waiting on the hotel but I’m not sure who is to blame. The check in staff at the dinner was polite. Never saw inside the hotel, but someone still has my money for 2 rooms. Expedia is very hard to communicate with, wish they had a person you could talk to, this was the first time I’ve ever had trouble but it’s been awful trying to resolve the matter

I was only staying a night before getting on the road again in the morning. We were only on property 12 hours but the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and smelled clean. The room was mostly clean. The white bed spreads were dirty/stained with something brown probably coffee maybe? The bathroom shower had hair all over the shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall and then strung down the wall from them. We went to change the toilet paper out and there was a half roll and it looked like feces was on the inside of roll and the outside edge.
