Baymont by Wyndham Rawlins

Stay away from this hotel. Very poor service, staff was rude. Front door did not latch unless you pulled it shut, definite safety issue. Was charged $87.20 for "incidentals". Was told that incidentals were if we smoked in the room or left stains on the towels, we did neither. Was not given any reason as to why we were charged. I called and left a message asking why but have not received a call back. Would never stay at this hotel again.

I was only staying a night before getting on the road again in the morning. We were only on property 12 hours but the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and smelled clean. The room was mostly clean. The white bed spreads were dirty/stained with something brown probably coffee maybe? The bathroom shower had hair all over the shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall and then strung down the wall from them. We went to change the toilet paper out and there was a half roll and it looked like feces was on the inside of roll and the outside edge.

The staff was not as helpful in the morning. I had to lug my heavy object out to my vehicle myself. It is an oxygen concentrator I need for sleeping and is very heavy for an old woman. The front desk is part of the diner which is very unique. Having such a set up allows guests to order food to either eat in the diner or take to their rooms while doing their check in.

We were only there from 11:00pm to 5:00am. The beds were super comfy! The front desk is located in the attached diner, so that was tricky. Overall a good stay!

Clean room and friendly environment. I totally recommend this property.

No breakfast....tv didn't work...missing smoke detector..crack walls

Room was ok but would not use again.

Check-in and host was in the diner next door. Cramped little hot space to wait for help. TV didn’t work without calling them to come set it. The bathroom fan was so loud it was almost unbearable to even go in there. No ice bucket, water cups, or coffee in room. The manager on duty did come right away when we ask for some ice and brought a bag and some cups. Also set up the TV.

Nice quiet place but no provided breakfast. However a throwback diner is right by the hotel.

It was gross and no one came to the counter after 20mins of stand in a hot fly infested lobby/restaurant that was also gross

The building and rooms were very clean. I didn’t like that there were no amenities whatsoever no breakfast no coffee maker and you have to go into a restaurant with staff that acted like they didn’t wanna be there .. A woman, the first time and an older man the second time to check in and check out… that what was the worst part of the experience. After dealing with her for the check-in and having to stand there for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged us, there was no way we were going into that diner for food.

Very comfortable room and the staff made me feel welcomed. The front desk was professional and friendly, I really appreciate the gal who checked me in.

It diffrent bc you have to check in at the dinner.... But we picked it bc the dinner. Staff was amazing had a great night.

The employees couldn't fix hot meals.but they provided cold sandwiches for us. The electricity and We appreciated the employees care of us Russ and Linda Jones

nothing to like here Poor reception in a diner separate from the accommodation building. Would not accept my MasterCard that has been accepted in other local businesses prior and after this property. Security door to the property did not close on most occasions. Accommodation hallway had an odor. For a Baymont by Wyndham Hotel, very disappointing.
