The staff was very helpful, made an excellent dinner recommendation and took extra care with my ID. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and working appliances and AC (the temperature outside was 104F, so this was important). This is a basic hotel that makes an effort. Kudos.

Incredibly cheap. It did the job the room was clean enough. The place is definitely old and dilapidated and it does kind of smell outside but inside it didn’t so that was fine. State penitentiary is right nearby.

This was a great place to stay for the price. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. I told them I had a breathing problem so they gave us a room on the 1st floor next to the office. The room was clean and no bugs. Bed was comfy and no noise. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rawlings had a great place to eat, Cactus Jacks. We ate at the bar and the food was excellent. Glad we stopped in Rawlings.

Though dated, it was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Felt safe and secure. There was a little coffee camper next door but we were unable to try it because the line was pretty long and we didn't have the time. There was a breakfast bar included with the room and it had a good selection of things to eat. We would definitely stay here again, as we passed through. For a longer stay we would love it to have a pool. But we understand they aren't going to add one anytime soon. We did have a tiny problem with the light over the sink not wanting to turn on but not enough to report it or complain about it.

We arrived late after a scary drive through the mountains in a thunderstorm. We were so grateful to arrive to this cozy place and the most wonderful desk attendant. I am a female traveling with my two daughters and we felt very safe. We left about 5am before the office opens but the coffee station was left all set up for us to brew a fresh pot. Comfortable room and great stay! Wyoming is cool. We hope to come back for a longer visit.

The room had a strange smell and the hot water wasn't too hot, but you can tell they're trying to fix it up. The furniture and bed were new and really nice and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The beds were great. Staff was great. The smell. Odors were covered with some kind of spray. Once we were in the room we got used to it, but it wasn't pleasant.

That morning, when we went into for breakfast almost everything was gone, and a few people had asked the young girl there if there was more she got stuff out of the fridge, but said she was preparing it for the next day so all that was left was cinnamon bread for toast and two bagels and the stuff for the waffles no hard-boiled eggs left nothing else and no more milk

The phones weren't working and we were afraid we were going to arrive until after the check in time.
