The room was so driry, the walls were disgusting the cover on the bed was dirty and the floors were so nasty. The pool is not working. I would never stay here again. Not even for free

I Stayed at Motel 6 Rawlins for a night and had a really good experince. The room was clean, parking was easy and the location is perfect right off I-80. Big thanks to Ven at the front desk. He was super friendly, helped us with our luggage and made check-in very easy. Also, the coffee at the front desk was surprizingly one of the best coffees we had on our trip. Simple place, good people and great service. Would definetly stay here again.

It was nice I could not get the tv to work at all

This wasn’t great. It was a room for the night along our trip, but we slept pretty horribly. The beds and the pillows were very uncomfortable and the fan in the room was super loud every time it came on. Overall, it was a rough night sleep.

The biggest problem was the extra charge that the clerk said was a deposit. When I went to get a receipt before we left, there was no one available. There was only a sign stated that the apologized for the inconvenience and if you need an email to leave a request. I left my email address and requested that I receive a final bill. I never got a final bill. I tried working with the hotel “manager” because my card was charged the extra $65. It was not a deposit. On the 4-5 phone conversation, I was asked to send a copy of the invoice from hotels.com and a screenshot of my bank statement showing the charges were taken out of my account. After checking to make sure the screenshots were received, I was told that it would be taken care of by the next day. I tried calling today around 11am and no one would answer the phone. I ended up with a chat in the app for hotels.com. The agent was able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The room was not as advertised, old, ran down, toilet took three times to flush. Restaurant and bar closed. Pool had not been cleaned, no water, debris around pool. Cigarette butts outside sliding door going to pool. First set of outside doors did not lock could not lock and there were no security cameras.
-
The bathroom was horrible, fixtures were coming out of the wall, there was black mold on the ceiling. All the towels had holes in them. The bed felt old and worn out and very uncomfortable. There was no click or phone in the room. Very dissatisfied with my stay, will not being stay there again. The gentleman that checked me in was not friendly at all and didn’t even talk to me.

Bed was comfortable and a/c worked fine. Sliding glass door was difficult to open and close to the outside courtyard that was in need of maintenance! Pool was empty (too cold to use anyway) I’m sure at one time the place was amazing! Just old and in need of TLC.
-
My TV cable didn't work. The staff helped by offering another room.
-
Also, the pool was empty. After a long day of travel with kids we were looking forward to the pool and relaxing but there was no water. It’s not clean. The towels has stains. Also, the second floor lighting looks like it is straight out of a horror film!
-
We had to pay again because it changed hands from the one motel to a Motel 6.
-
Run down It was a bed
-
The location was great.
-
Very clean. The bed was very worn out, felt like I was sleeping on box springs.

This property was just sold and is due for a renovation, but the price was right so I took a chance. The room was clean, everything worked, good shower and comfy bed. Their restaurant is closed. Breakfast is bag nutrigrain bar, juice and fruit cup. Have an open mind if you’re just looking for a quiet comfortable place to sleep.

Nice friendly staff. Quiet comfortable room. No water in swimming pool.
