We were only here overnight. Clean room and great staff.
-
Hitel was fine but you charged me for 2 nights and only paid them for 1 night. Git looked out of room and had to pay again for 2nd night. You need to refund me for 1 night!

Therefore, excellent and accommodating, the gentleman Michael at the front door was very eager to answer any questions and continued to check on us throughout the stay.

Todo estaba limpio y todos fueron muy atentos.

Great place to stay if going to the Santander's arena.

Very nice breakfast buffet! So worth the extra $10. It was like $20 per person if not included with room.

Good location for our visit. The 4:30 am train blowing its whistle right next to the hotel. High priced. Clean but not exceptional.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. There is a great breakfast buffet that was included in the price of the room. You can park for free in the hotel’s garage and walk across the street and be at the venue. You can see the venue where the show/concerts are held by the picture that I took from our hotel room. The venue is literally right across the street from the hotel, so very convenient to stay here! Depending on the room that you get, you are near railroad tracks and we did hear the train a couple times during the night. It wasn’t anything too disturbing but startled us initially when we heard the train.
-
Updated hotel - nicely decorated - right across the street from Santander Arena so great spot to stay for concerts
-
The restaurant was amazing, the waiter was fantastic and the food was sooo good!!!
-
Staff was wonderful and the room was spotless. Great place to stay for a concert.

Hotel was sparkling clean and pretty new or updated. Staff was friendly. Only thing that was a little jarring was the neighborhood. Had no idea downtown Reading was a little scary, especially when traveling with young ones. That being said, the hotel does a very good job of being away from everything and creating a safe and welcoming and CLEAN experience which is all I want as a mom!

We were only seeing a show at the Performing Arts so we were just staying for convenience we actually live in the area. I was disappointed because of the fact that we got to hear the train coming across Penn Street not once twice but three times starting at 3:00 a.m. full-blown horn and everything. You guys should have soundproofed your rooms a little bit better. Not to mention the door felt like it was stuck shot
-
Hotel was very nice and staff were very nice and helpful and Hotel was walking distance to Santandor performing arts center.
-
We don’t eat breakfast.
-
Polite staff very clean nice pool They let people drink in the pool kids were in there and forgot to mention the race Saturday we had a hard time finding our way back to the back parking garages Dallas streets were blocked
