The rules was real clean, real nice. The staff was real nice and helpful. Good breakfast in a lot of free spaces to put your car.

Breakfast was great stay was also great the only problem we had was that there was hair in the shower.

I had one of the best stays ever. Will was on duty and was amazing catering to me and my roommates needs. The pool and Jacuzzi were both functioning and a delight after working a race all day. Bit of a maze but clearly marked. I thank all staff for being so nice and considerate

Quiet, clean and a good nights sleep…breakfast in the morning is good and staff are friendly.

Convenience,friendly and reasonable The mustiness upon entering the hotel and the air conditioning in the room was damp and musty.

The hotel is non-smoking but someone on the third floor was smoking in a room. We first noticed the smell when we entered the elevator around 4 p.m. but also later twice in the evening. We were on the third floor. We would not stay in that hotel again. Staff should walk the halls and enforce the policy. We hope that the smoker was fined and had to pay the extra fees assessed at check-in for "incidentals."

Good location. Convenient for a quick overnight trip to see a concert at Santander Arena. Breakfast was good as well!

Clean, friendly staff, very nice amenities. Way too small bathroom, the door swings open and the toilet is right there. No room to maneuver in the room.

Bathroom is extremely small. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast area is small and not well later out.

But the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen now I’m a big man 6’5” 310 lb it was so hard to move in there to shut the door my wife had trouble getting around and she is 5’4” 140 so it wasn’t just me plus the bathroom fan squeaky every time you turned the light on the fan went on very annoying

The hotel itself was fine. It was clean and check in was easy. However, upon getting to the room, I called downstairs because the TV wasn't working. I asked if we could switch rooms to one with a working TV. The front desk clerk informed me that "Yea, all of the TVs in the hotel have that problem and we're full anyway".

Staff was amazing, breakfast was perfect, 24hr coffee was clutch, and the hot tub hit the spot after a hard day of work. The only disappointments were the shower curtain rod was loss so it would constantly ride to the middle leaving a one foot gap on each side, and the bed was uncomfortable (in room 127) and it wasn't till I left that I noticed (when checking under the beds, for anything that may have been kicked under, that the "box spring type base" was broken with wood snapped and poking through. Im sure that if I had notified the front desk they would have resolved the problem, but I didn't notice till I was leaving. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
