The area was ok Everything was dirty It smelled and holes in the ceiling and bathroom and in tub Carpet was filthy in the whole building not just the room. Refrigerator was nasty. I had to buy plastic and sheet set just to sleep because I couldn't get another hotel because I would have left. It was Marijuana and cigarette smell all through the halls. They should be a shame how that place looked and so should corporate.

Front desk accommodating regarding lack of pool as advertised. Not a place I would stay again. Best for non discerning and hard of seeing travelers.

Also, it would have been helpful to have some USB ports available in the rooms. Some updates are needed.

Quietness - even though my room was directly across from the elevator (4th floor). My room was quite with little to no outer or hall noise. Tub drain stopper was missing. No continental breakfast.

First room was an upgrade to a king bed, but when I got there the fan wasn't working on the AC so had to switch rooms which was OK. That room had a broken TV 'clicker' which I had to cobble together and hold onto whenever I wanted to use it -- ended up using the buttons on the side of the TV 'old school style'. But it was a short drive to the downtown Santander arena and so I got what I needed out of the visit.
