there werent black out curtains in my room, that was a minor inconvenience the staff was very friendly and helpful Im thankful for the early check in the location was great my only complaint is how long its been taking for the security hold on my credit card to be released. Multiple calls have not resolved the issue I would consider a Marriot hotel again

I traveled with my family of 5. The room we stayed in is very clean except the bathroom door knob doesn’t lock. Besides that everything is good. I would stay there again

Upon entering our room we noticed how extremely hot and damp it was. I walk to the ac to make sure air was coming out and noticed the windows was open! There were wasps in between the windows and the screen. I shut the windows ac kicks on and I get in bed since I was traveling all day. Low and behold a wasp on the inside of the room. I called the front desk 3 times no one answered. At this point in already in pj's ready for bed. Couldn't sleep as there was what sounded like elephants running on the celling. The pillows were flat as pancakes. Next morning at check out the most unhelpful gentleman didnt give a rats crap about the fact of the wasps in the room and just shrugged his shoulders.

Deshawn was the night front desk clerk. He was wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and took care of any and all of our needs with a smile. Deshawn was such a pleasure everytime we left the property and returned. He is the reason we would book with Fairfield Inn by Marriott again.

Swimming pool had too much chlorine in it. Our eyes burnt, my new swimsuit was blue and bleached out to gray.

Very clean & friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices, Comfortable bed. Restaurants & stores close by. Walking path directly across from hotel.
