Breakfast is suppose be from 6:30-9:30. However today (September 28th) the eggs weren’t available until 7:40. Also anytime you try to talk to the person at the desk they are on a personal phone call on their cell phone and it seems you are bothering them when asking for anything. They could be more pleasant.

The room was very clean and the parking was plentiful. The staff was very helpful as well.

Check-in was fine, clerk was helpful. The room was ok, the toilet was wobbly, the showers need to be updated, outlets were loose. Our key stopped working in the morning, and the front desk clerk was either on the phone or not at the desk. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast.

Very good

Guests were smoking weed in the hotel in weird cloths. If you’re traveling with children or family, please be aware of this. Hotel management was unwilling to help when complaints were raised. **Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.**

Little things like trashbags that fit the actual trashcans, vacuum better and have a flat thing to put open soaps on near the sink

Great attentive staff at breakfast! Overall the best stay you can find for this price and the location is right where you need to be.

Passable
-
The AC is not cooling down where I wanted it. The elevator needs tidying.

La primera habitación. Que me dieron no estaba limpia y la experiencia del desayuno no fue agradable

Nice area and was quiet. Since we open the room, it smelled musty/damp. Walls and sink stained. Had to go out and buy odor eliminator spray and some disinfectant wipes. Also, no microwave.
-
Close to where I needed to be Some stains on the bed linens and room could use a make over. But we didn't need to stay there long.

THE CLEANEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN! OUTSTANDING! I love it so much that originally it book 2 night and had to add more afterwards because I didn’t want to leave! Already miss it!
-
The beds and bedding were comfortable, but the staff was really overworked. There was wear and tear, above what would be expected- gouges in the paint on the elevator, back of the bathroom door, a large chunk of veneer missing from the front desk, etc. A curtain was missing, the other was half torn off, a picture was falling out of its frame. The soap was hidden at the back of a lower shelf where we didn't find it until the next day. There were no bulbs in the lamp between the beds, and the person at the front desk couldn't find any for us.

They should clean better, and also they should try to take how stink of the blankets
