Excellent and quiet place, everything was clean.

The staff were great and the cleaning woman was the kindest person and went above and beyond for me. As all hotels age, there were slight nicks and the ceiling of the bathroom is in need of some fixes, but the water pressure made up for that for sure! It was amazing. The location is perfect for someone with or without a car as there are multiple places to walk to eat or shop. I would stay there again and recommend to others visiting.

While we had a nice stay, there was some mold in the bathroom of room 214 that should be addressed. Also please refrain from suggesting the bistro can be used on a Friday evening if you’re not sure that a cook is coming into work. However overall a good stay.

Clean room

The room was really pretty nice and very clean, which is the most important thing. The bed was comfortable. A friend of mine who had a separate room was charged for parking even though I drove them. So that was an issue. Expedia also stated we would have breakfast and the hotel stated there was no breakfast. Other than that, the staff was pretty decent very helpful and needed. We didn’t really have much use for amenities.

Check-in took much longer than it should have. Arrived at the hotel an hour after check-in time and was told the room still wasn’t ready so they switched us from a king to a queen without adjusting price. Room and hotel were clean though.

The shower 1. The hotel was booked over a month ago prior to our arrival and my disabled family member was not able to get our handicap room as booked. 2. The bathroom vent appeared it was going to fall, the toilet pressure when flushing was not strong had to hold the handle. 3. The pillows were uncomfortable. 4. The Internet signal was weak. 5 .They don't serve free breakfast, the Starbucks is overpriced. Overall I was not pleased with this stay.

Staff not well versed in surrounding area shopping or other activities. Bistro chef did not report for work, so Bistro closed on that evening.

I enjoyed my one night stay while traveling for business. Large parking lot, very clean outside and my room was spotless as well. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the shower water pressure was excellent. 🚿
