Queen bed not king, no accommodations for pets even though you claim pet friendly. Strong cleaning smell gave my wife a migraine. Spent just 10 hours there and cost $250.00 because of no refund policy. I’ll go somewhere else next time

Location, staff, concessions, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Foot/ constant noise from above room till 2am TV too much delay and episode notification. No carpeting.

Location was great, very close to everything. Only 1 hour from Philadelphia and 2 hours from DC. They placed me at the last room at the end of the hallway. I could hear people coming in and out of the side door all hours of the night. The smoking gazebo was right outside of my window and I could hear people as early as 6am and as late as 12am laughing and talking. Additionally, at 2am someone was shooting fireworks off in the parking lot. Couldn’t get any rest at all. Cleanliness of the room was terrible, I could see dirt on the floor as I walked in, old food left in the microwave, and bugs in the shower.

carpet around elevator was horrible dirty. the room was cleaned, but every corner was filthy. the coffee cups were not cleaned. still dirty. Ya'all need to deep clean the hotel and invest in some carpet.
