Ayres Hotel Redlands – Loma Linda

This hotel was fantastic but more than that, the team that works here is top notch. I had a work emergency and had to relocate an event last minute, same day of the event. The manager and events manager were so accommodating, and the front desk team helped my clients find the meeting room space; they were so friendly! I would 100% recommend this hotel! Loved the pool area and outdoor spaces, business and family friendly. Thank you for helping turn a very bad day into a fantastic one. I had a great stay and the burrito place next door is really great too (thanks to the front desks recommendation on that as well)!

We stayed overnight on a Saturday. Checking in was super easy and smooth. The front desk staff were really friendly. Our room was big and clean. Breakfast came with our reservation and had eggs, sausage, and potatoes. They even had a waffle maker and pastries.

This was close to everything we were doing for the fourth of July. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The pool and spa were wonderful and they even had a fitness room. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and I loved that our room had a ceiling fan in addition to the AC, microwave and a mini fridge/freezer. We will definitely be back.

Although the property is a bit dated, the rooms are large, beds are comfortable and room was clean clean clean! I will return!

This hotel is delightful and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are so spacious and nicely decorated. The sheets and towels are excellent quality, and the breakfast is a delicious real breakfast. The exercise equipment is all in working order and nice quality. My only complaint is that a little standing water by the pool led to a mosquito or two in my room, because I was right beside the pool. I will absolutely stay here again.

We had a large quiet room that was very clean. The staff were super friendly. They even had a happy hour and a really nice breakfast. No dislikes

It feels like a Motel vs. Hotel. Parking is rough and the room smelled like cigarettes. Walls are thin and lots of noise

Everything was good especially breakfast. Didn’t like the Distance from elevators to parking spaces. Especially when you have a handicapped person and a lot of little kids with lots of luggage to carry.

(The hotel is near the freeway interchange which is convenient, but could have been loud. The building must have great sound insulation, because our interior room was so quiet we never heard a sound from the freeway!) Every single thing about this property was great!
