I just wanted to say how much I appreciated Angel. I received a very warm welcome. He was so kind and professional. The room was very comfortable and super clean. I would love to come back again.

The thermostat can only be set to heat or cool. There is no fan setting, and no way to keep air movement in the room or drown out the noise of other rooms. We were offered a separate fan to put in the room. My biggest issue here is that the rooms have automatic motion sensor lights that light up the whole room whenever they feel like it. It's annoying enough that it happens all day long, but when it continued to happen all night, it was quite a string of rude awakenings. We were offered a post it note to put over the sensor, but the paper kept setting of the light. There was nothing we could do to keep this extremely bright light from coming on in the whole room, all night long. Other than that, we love this place. Will definitely miss staying here but the last three times I have left with zero sleep.

Room was clean and it was nice to have a kitchen. The breakfast was ok but I have had better at other venues. The egg choices were not good. Could use some scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled or hard fried.

I was so happy that Tiffanie was able to get us in for an early check-in. We had a wedding to be at in the afternoon and being in the room early help make getting ready must less stressful!

I had an experience on this hotel. The breakfast was okay, but it was included. The price was affordable.

Needed a place to stay for one night. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

From the moment I checked into the moment, I checked out everything was superb. Didn’t really need to bother the staff to much besides when I checked in, and when I would say good morning to the staff at breakfast or also whenever asking housekeeping for something like a trash bag or something. Have my animals with me they were treated as they were guessed as well. Nobody bothered them and let them be as they are well-behaved animals.

Very nice and clean

We stayed 2 nights as we were in town for a Wedding. Check in was great, no issues, I was even asked if I had a floor preference. Was given a GrubHub Coupon and given all Hotel details and whereabouts of Parking, Ice, Etc. We stayed on the 4th floor on the FREEWAY SIDE. Rooms are very noisy on this side of the Hotel. Lobby, Hallways and Rooms were very CLEAN! Would recommend and stay here again, but not on Freeway side of Hotel.

Very clean room everything in the room was nice and organized the kitchen area was a plus mini fridge was also a big addition to the king bedroom

Room not clean. Room smelled sour and like smoke. Parking lot dirty with many stray cats and trash. Never will stay there again

The structural services. The fact that they said they had gluten free bread for breakfast prior to booking the room. Which staff did not have good communication that during check in and verifying the availability of the gluten-free bread in the morning would be available was confirmed there they had none. But after calling corporate, they did resolve it for the next morning.

Nice property. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well organized.
