Breakfast is good, but room cleaning needs improvement

The room amenities were great. Parking was somewhat limited

Gym is mid. Basically clean and nice. Try to book rooms on side away from highway as noise can be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper.

Room and staff were great. I wish the AC unit cooled the room a lot faster than it actually did, but it did the job overall.

Absolutely everything!! The staff were very kind and helpful. Shout out to Angel. The rooms were perfect. Everything was clean and equipped with a full sink, mini dishwasher, and mini fridge with a freezer and I could just go on about my stay at the Home2 Suites. ??? There was not one thing that I didn’t like.

The staff was wonderful, let me check in an hour early and check out an hour late. My only complaint is that the pillows are pretty awful, really flat and squishy. Even when stacked together, four of them are still flat and not supportive.

Friendly and attentive staff. Angel was phenomenal when I asked questions about the neighborhood and the Downtown Redlands restaurants. The hotel room and hallways are squeaky clean, too.

Very clean room. The staff was great. Tiffanie and the guy that works the counter at night were amazing. Professional, very helpful. They get 5 stars. Breakfast was good. The only opportunity that I saw was to have hot water for tea and hot coffee. Most days the water and coffee were both lukewarm. The staff, all amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Great hotel.
