Spark by Hilton Redlands

We stayed two nights. Check in was easy and quick. The woman who checked me in was super friendly. There’s a small area in the lobby to buy snacks and drinks. Our room was really big and spacious, so big they could have put a kitchen but didn’t. There’s also no microwave but there is a mini fridge. The beds were comfy. The hotel itself is right off the freeway, and close to food, gas, etc. As for parking, I think I was charge $20 but was never told there’s a fee. The parking lot seemed small in the front but plenty of parking in the back. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was seldom at the front desk, was a decent stay, a lot of improvements between staff and amenities could make the Spark experience a better choice for all travelers!

Very clean and cute property. The staff were fantastic!

The property was clean, rooms were spacious. But, there were no towels at the pool and the breakfast was terrible. There were hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and bagels. Whatcha disappointment. I stay at the Ayres and they give you omlets, potatoes, sausage, and bacon as well as bagelsm you guys gotta step up your game

Pool was basic. Nice coffee station set up. Very few breakfast options. Oat milk for the cereal was questionable. Parking lot had a lot of trash in the bushes by the parking spaces. Entrance to the lot and street side was not very presentable. It's probably city property, but it still might be worth it to go out there and tidy up a little bit- with fallen palms/branches and overgrown plants & bushes. Overall it was good for our single night's stay.

The breakfast is seriously lacking but the rooms are clean and large

Excellent, friendly staff, and clean, big rooms -- laundry facilities take quarters and are cheaper than any other hotel I used in my weeklong trip. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe -- so safe, I kept coming back to this hotel every time I was in the area. I have no complaints, truly, only praise.

The breakfast was good and the room was very big.

Stayed here for a wedding. Was super close to the venue. Room was very clean and roomy. Girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Over all cleanliness of the hotel. Not a lot of selections for breakfast - but enough for a start on the day.

The staff were very nice and patient in explaining details. Location was easy to get to. The lobby and rooms were clean. It was a good one night stay. The front desk ladies were very apologetic about my minor issue. We will be staying there again.
