Nothing Everything!!! The room wasn't cleaned whatsoever. Refused to give me my refund. Why answer calls or emails. Horrible place and service

Everything! Great value for a comfortable stay The chair in my room looked a little too well used. Definitely would look better with a newer chair. But otherwise the place was great

Bugs in the bathroom, door handle broken. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. Usually I dont have any complaints when I stay here but this time it wasn't an enjoyable stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Friendly staff They have roaches crawling around the bathroom. The bathroom really just killed the ambiance of the room for me.

Clean rooms, staff was courteous and helpful, and it was a overall good stay

A 6 out of ten everything was ok. Ac worked tv worked. The only thing I didn’t like was the couch in the room. The couch was wore out like someone has been laying up on it for years lol everything else was ok.

The housekeeper was the nicest and most helpful person. The staff were not helpful or available at all. Do not stay here. Parking smelled like weed and furniture had cat claw marks on it Dirty towels with shoe marks on them and hair from previous guests. I waited almost an hour for the stint staff to come to the desk (housekeeper called her on her personal phone) stay away. Again, the housekeeper was so kind and the most helpful person in that building. She even got a luggage. Art for me from the third floor to help me with my bags. Front desk staff were rude and unavailable.

Tv has 1 Channel Light turn on every 40 minutes No Coffe on lobby Carpet look nasty

It was secure safe and clean The Wi-Fi was slow, they had no shampoo or soap for the showers and was no trash can in our room

I stay here often and never really have any major issues. This time there was an issue with the TV and microwave not working but it was resolved. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was decent. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Nothing really to like about the place Roaches in the room, people playing loud music at all hrs of the night, people sleeping in U-Haul trucks in the parking lot. Grown men arguing over women in the parking lot. I thought extended stay meant you stayed for a couple weeks not months!

I got there and my room had a strong smell of bleach. Could not breathe. The AC unit was broken and the room was hot. I had to pack up again and go downstairs and wait for another room. The hallway had an odor and the property was just beat up and dirty
