The toilet in our room was working

Extremely clean and the staff is very nice.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I stayed 2 extra days because of it. I needed the rest!! The room was very nice. The towels could use an update. A very minor thing.

I have stayed in Marriotts numerous times, and I have yet to be disappointed. Both receptionists were very kind and helpful with any questions we had. I love that they have a little mini shop for some simple necessities so it doesn’t always require a store run. They have an ice machine, though it is a little inconvenient for upper stories that there’s only one down on the lobby floor. The room has a full kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, induction stove, dishes, etc. There is a nice sized and comfortable couch and chaise, plenty of desk space for your school/work needs, and the TV swivels so you can rotate it to see from wherever you want to lounge and watch. The bathroom is spacious, I love the sliding barn door style shower entrance which glided smoothly and silently. The only three complaints I would mention for our bathroom was that the shower door would not stay closed, sliding back open about a foot allowing cold air in during a warm shower; the shower bottles had quite a bit of long dark hairs still stuck to them; and the sink never seemed to get warm/hot water or at least was taking longer to do than I had the patience to wait for. Other than that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I will continue to book Marriotts wherever and wherever I can!

The hotel was great. Room was spacious and we really enjoyed having the kitchen as it allowed us to prepare a meal there instead of eating out, to save some money. The free daily breakfast was also very good with a variety of hot and cold foods. The hotel is in a great location close to two huge shopping centers with many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops including Target and Trader Joes to name just a few. My only complaint would be the bed is very firm/hard which some people may prefer, but not me. Also, the shower head was like a trickle of water no matter which setting you put it on so showering took twice as long as it normally would. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and will probably stay again next time we come to Redlands.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Room 318 was clean and spacious. The 3 for $10 IPAs on tap to drink while my kids enjoyed the pool was nice! Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return again when we are in the area.

Great place to stay, clean property and great staff

The property was nice and clean, it was near by pretty much everything. It was so convenient for my family and I to access the property with my disabled child. Nothing, they’ve reached all our expectations if not more, the staff were very helpful whenever we called.

Breakfast was good with very choices Shower floors are very slippery. Dangerous! There was no notification when we checked in that maid service would happen every other day. Most hotels I these days let you know that at check-in. The bed was made in a very sloppy manner. The flat sheet was hanging on one side, reaching the floor.

Otherwise the property is well maintained.

Rude talk on the phone Greatful hotel and really nice

The shower head was terrible and didn’t fit how nice everything was. It was clogged up with calcification and spurting out water in different directions. It made it difficult to shower which was an annoying punctuation on an otherwise nice stay.

Hotel was nice but parking had to pay $12 a day for the parking lot which is crazy to me

Everyone was great other than the extremely hostile and rude woman named Latrice. My teenage daughter was trying to make herself a waffle the morning of our stay and this Latrice lady comes out of the kitchen while her personal cell phone was to her ear and she was talking on the phone and snapped at my daughter scolding her for not knowing how to use the waffle maker, I did not say anything and let it go then my second daughter went to use the waffle maker and didn’t understand she had to flip it to finish the waffle and rude Latrice while on her cell phone scolded my second daughter super aggressively saying “no no what are you doing?!?” so I asked this lady “what is the issue here?” And she told me my daughter wasn’t using the waffle maker correctly, I let this miserable woman know there is a way to speak to someone while at work and this was not how you treat guests or their children and miss.Latrice starting talking crap to me and my daughter telling us “ well maybe you should teach your kid had to make a waffle then!” I was shocked, at how irritated and mean she was about a simple mistake a child made and explained what happens to the front desk. They apologized about Latrice’s behavior and said they would speak to her, other than miss.Latrice being missable and unnecessarily aggressive towards us cuz she has to work the breakfast line and doesn’t like treat guest as though she is working and is getting paid to help it was a good experience.
