Great stay

This hotel is so convenient, located right off the freeway. There are plenty of dining options nearby. We love the pool and spa. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great value for the very reasonable price.

Everything was great. My second time staying there and will stay again next time I go to CA.

We requested TWO rooms with two queen beds. At check-in, we were told that only one room had double beds and the other was a king. So my friend had to sleep on a pullout couch. They did not accomodate us and blamed the third party (hotel.com) for the mistake. I contacted Hotels.com to resolve this when I returned and although they were very helpful, Dynasty refused to even issue a partial refund. A homeless person spend the entire evening smoking in the gazebo just outside our room and we had to make our own sofa bed including putting the sheets on ourselves. Breakfast was subpar and the knob on the air conditioner in our room broke off. Will NOT be staying here again.

Stayed here after a funeral. Some sketchy characters amongst the rooms, I was nervous to walk anywhere at night. Have to eat continental breakfast in the breakfast area and cannot take back to room (we asked permission for a single plate as our kids were still asleep)

The room had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. There was a basket with useful items such as a comb, shoe wipes, toothpaste & toothbrush, etc. The property is tucked into a long lot with wonderful vines and calming music. Surprisingly quiet for being near I-10 and the train tracks! (There is a pool, hot tub and sauna, plus a putting green. We didn't use them as we were busy with our grandson's wedding festivities.) We will definitely pick this hotel again when we're in the area!

The room was cozy and comfortable, after a long day of driving. We enjoyed our stay, I liked the climbing Vines, on the sealing and walls.

Bugs inside room! Alive!

Clean room, weird shower, beautifully yummy breakfast, not sure why can't bring to room. Handy laundry room, soda machine didn't work though. Great location near everything we needed to get to. The sundries, fridge, microwave, coffee maker were all very appreciated.

You can tell that the staff loves to work here. They are so friendly and helpful, taking pride in their tasks. The breakfast was full of variety and tasted great! The lovely cook even seasoned the potatoes to pure deliciousness. Very happy with the beds and comfy room, too. They are very thoughtful to provide single-use toiletries, in case you forgot something, which is so rare nowadays. Easy access to freeway, lots of restaurants nearby. If I ever stay in Redlands again. I will stay here. My step mom was also very impressed and thankful.

That said, the rooms were very clean, and it's clear the housekeeping staff does a great job. The highlight of our stay was the staff, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Their excellent customer service made a big difference and is the main reason I would consider staying here again. While the room itself wasn't particularly comfortable, the overall experience was still a pleasant one thanks to the outstanding staff.
