You can tell that the staff loves to work here. They are so friendly and helpful, taking pride in their tasks. The breakfast was full of variety and tasted great! The lovely cook even seasoned the potatoes to pure deliciousness. Very happy with the beds and comfy room, too. They are very thoughtful to provide single-use toiletries, in case you forgot something, which is so rare nowadays. Easy access to freeway, lots of restaurants nearby. If I ever stay in Redlands again. I will stay here. My step mom was also very impressed and thankful.

That said, the rooms were very clean, and it's clear the housekeeping staff does a great job. The highlight of our stay was the staff, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Their excellent customer service made a big difference and is the main reason I would consider staying here again. While the room itself wasn't particularly comfortable, the overall experience was still a pleasant one thanks to the outstanding staff.

We had a great experience from the beginning. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. She told me about the amenities they offer and what time breakfast would be served. The property was well maintained and very clean. I felt safe knowing that the have security cameras throughout their parking lot and are informed of every car that enters and exits the property. I enjoyed my my time in the sauna and their heated pool. This property is perfect for a weekend getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

i liked the vines i did not like the water pressure or water shooting out at me from broken off shower heads

I would definitely come back here to rent a room. Just two things I was unhappy with. It was the shower and the ice a lil difficult and the ice horrible taste

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Front desk helper was cheerful and welcoming, the grounds green and lush, very comfortable bed. All a bit of unexpected luxury after a long day travel.

Check in was super easy and they give you cookies. Clean property and not a bad location.

The bed was very comfortable! There were no local maps or information on any nearby restaurants.

I stay here a lot when I’m in Redlands. Great rooms, breakfast and location. It’s priced super reasonable too. You get a lot for what you pay for.

Staff great. room clean and confortable. nice place. other guests fun. not really.

The bed was comfortable however the bathroom was not in great condition and the shower was pathetic. No water pressure at all and was warm at best. Felt like I was in an RV with little to no water flow. Not a good value and I would warn others that the rating that was listed for the property was inaccurate. A motor inn with some vegetation however little to no other desirable amenities. Sorry however those are the facts. Would not stay there again for the price.
