there were all kinds of bugs all over the floors and the bed felt very dirty. Tv was cracked and did not work

I will never again stay at motel 6 in redlands they should shut it down its a roach motel its giving motel 6 a very bad reputation

Bugs are present. Didn't see any on the bed tho. No fridge. No microwave. No access to pool. Parking was fine. Staff was friendly. Only bar soap. No shampoo offered. Not the greatest but still had good night sleep at a good price. The door had space all around it. There was a razor blade in parking lot.

The office staff is very nice. The maintenance and grounds keepers seem to always be working . I had called because my smoke detector was beeping and the maintenance man.. I think his name was Fernando was at my door and fixed it within 15 minutes. The house keeping was good for the most part. I do think they could clean the shower floors and under the beds better. Over all its affordable , convenient and the staff is pleasant. I would recommend staying here. The floors could be cleaned better and shower floor needs to be cleaned better.

Honestly, it’s difficult to identify anything I liked about this property. My experience was disappointing overall, and I did not find any aspect of the stay that stood out positively. As soon as we opened the door, we were met with a strong unpleasant odor. There was trash on the floor, making the room appear unclean from the start. The air conditioning did not work properly, running for only about three minutes before shutting off for 30–40 minutes at a time. Maintenance was sent to the room but was unable to fix the issue and suggested that we request a room change. Management declined the request despite the ongoing problem. The bathroom was especially concerning and appeared as though it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. Overall, the condition of the room fell well below reasonable expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The only party that seemed genuinely concerned about resolving the situation was the staff at Booking.com.

As we arrived we could tell it was a bit run down (but it’s a motel 6, I wasn’t expecting 5 star presentation). We had booked a queen bed room, but they were all being cleaned so the manager (owner?) gave us a free upgrade to a king bed room, which we greatly appreciated. But trying to find parking was difficult to be within the view of cameras (which is essential when you have a new car). From there, upon entering the room, it was as minimally cleaned as it seemed could be legally allowed. The bathroom door was scratched up (like someone had been trying to get in or out of a locked door). Even with all the lights on, it was extremely dim. But worst of all, there were white crystals on the bench seat, gnats coming out of the wall from behind the outlet panels, and flies in the bed under the comforter. Even with WiFi, there was little to no service in the room, which meant I had to step outside to make a call which if I had stayed I would NOT do at night. We grabbed our things and left as soon as possible. The receptionist was very kind, she was extremely apologetic and gave me a refund with no hassle. But I would not recommend staying here. And I have never said that about even some of my other not great stays.

Roach, infested roaches, calling around the room and a lot of drug addicts hanging outside. TV was cracked and didn’t work. The sheets were dirty with hair inside the tub. Gross !!

Property is not well maintained- interior door handles loose and broken glass in the parking lot. No microwave in the room. Exterior locks seemed secure enough and hot water shower worked. It was ok for just a night passing through the area.

Not even 10 minutes in the room & killed 3 roaches. Tried using the phone to call the front desk, but no ring tone. Phone was filthy. There was also trash from the previous person. We moved to a different room,but still killed a roach. Needless to say, I will never be staying there again.

The pool wasn’t working or available to use at all, it was under construction it seemed like. The front desk lady had a nasty attitude, the room I had to re-mop because it was making my feet turn black with how dirty it was. So I don’t know why all of the features and amenities are promoted when they are not even available I hope to get some credit at least it was horrible

We didn’t end up staying here because it was upsettingly gross. We tried two different rooms. They were both very dirty. One of them had a full on open smirnoff mango in the fridge, bugs everywhere and it looked like someone had literally just taken a shower in the tub. Second room we were offered? Light didn’t turn on— but there were stains everywhere. The property was gross, upsetting and makes the landlord special sound fancy.
