Surprising quality for a value motel- very impressed with the way the property is managed.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, this is the place you want to be. The rooms are clean and the staff is amazing and helpful!

Stay was comfortable. Quiet . .Great location.

So I needed a one night cheap hotel as a stop on a road trip. Clearly the area is expensive; this was the cheapest option. It became apparent why. Entering was vaguely dirty- hair and debris mopped along the edges of the bathroom floor, hair in the shower, everything worn and old. Stayed there one night and got out by 6 am because: pretty gross. Would pay up an extra hundred to stay somewhere cleaner and newer.

The price was perfect for how big the room. The rooms were very spacious. The rooms were very clean. House keeping checked on you to make sure there was nothing you needed. You are not far from any of the beaches. Everything is in perfect driving distance. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our room & bathroom was clean, staff was nice and helpful, easy check-in/check-out & parking, and cold AC. Would recommend, and stay there again!

for 50$ I could extend my stay past the checkout hours to 6 pm and take a shower before heading home from the beach

Friendly staff clean rooms great price Not the property fault but the room next to us starting at 6am locking and unlocking their car so it beeped many time.

Price and convenience Pillows and lighting and no sheets

The staff was friendly and considerate. The room was decently clean. Parking wasn't too bad, but could get interesting if you needed to load or unload your car. It was close to the places I needed to go. The people upstairs could be easily heard as the roof creaked and the footfalls that accompanied them were quite loud. There is little the motel could do other than replace the flooring, so it is more of a "I'd rather not have to deal with it" and not a "this is a deal breaker". Other than that the stay was fine.

Convenience, cleanliness, price, parking, guest decorum. The TV was one of the smallest we have ever seen (since the 90's) but who comes to Reoboth/Lewes to watch TV?

Rooms were very clean and furniture in good condition. Room at the rear of the property was quiet despite being on busy Route 1. The space was as good as much more expensive properties at chain hotels.

The room was very comfortable. Two full beds, desk, dresser with TV on top, small fridge with no freezer, microwave. The bathroom was large and has pleasant lighting options.
