The property is clean and well maintained!! The room was clean. The front desk agent at check in was really professional and very nice! Maybe upgrade the pillows in the room if you have the budget!

My family and I really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The room was spacious and was enough room for the four of us and a dog to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was really large. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. Housekeeping was great and tidied up our room 4 out 5 days even though it was only supposed to be 2 or 3. The breakfast was awesome and had a lot of great options, was well maintained and clean. Definitely a bright spot. Pool was nice too and we spent a lot of time there. Maintenance staff were also super cool and helpful! The hotel is perfectly located and far enough from the main attractions that you’re not in traffic all day but close enough that it’s all just a quick 10 minute drive. The front desk staff were not great. Some of the least friendliest front desk staff I’ve dealt with in my travels. Also the bar was absolutely TERRIBLE. Bartender was rude, made my husband and I a terrible drink and lacked basic customer service skills. The hotel could use some deep cleaning/upgrades but overall, a very nice looking hotel; reasonable, good location, very family/dog friendly, and spacious.

Liked the pool and the setup as long as not everybody staying didn’t want to use the pool at the same time. Liked the room. Website makes it look bigger and pool looks bigger. So shocked about that. Luckily not everybody staying wanted to be at pool. I was to go with people that thought they were getting 2 beds and would have been furious if I had did that and had to pay 500 for a couch. I saw a lot of rooms open and only saw 1 bed in every room.

Location was convenient and parking was good. Breakfast had good options for families Check-in starts at 4 PM. We arrived around 5:15 or 530 in rooms were not ready. Once we did check in and got to the room, the AC vibrated so loud it sounded like a helicopter was flying over the hotel.

Everything was spotless, everyone was friendly and helpful. The only disappointing thing was that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
