Food was good and variety of options was good U have no complaints . I recommended the facility to my Dad and to my husband. It’s a short drive to the beach and parking was good.

Location was fair. In the middle of everything but needed the car for everything. Room size and layout were great, bed comfortable and staff very nice. They use a motion detector on the thermostat which caused the air conditioner to turn off in the middle of the night and the room to get very hot.

The property was very clean as well as the room. The caulk around the shower could use replacing, but that is just nit-picky.

We liked the room. It was very large and had everything you could need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, and everything was great.

Hotel itself was pretty nice. Looks clean in general and fitness center was well maintained. Also the stuffs were helpful. We did not use the pool but saw people were enjoying it. However; there were two main negative things. First, my husband got bedbug bites on his legs and his back. Second, in the shower, there are mold buildup here and there, which was nasty to look at. Those are the reasons I am giving them three stars.

Room was clean and quiet. Kitchen provided me what I needed for basic breakfast preparation and lunch.

The staff did not seem willing to help or serve. As a Marriott Bonvoy gold member my request for late check out has never been declined. but the hotel staff here was rude and rejected the request without any explanation. They said I booked the hotel through 3rd party not directly from marriott. But this should never been a reason to be rude to the guests. When checking in, the hotel staff should have known that we booked for 3 people but only gave 2 keys. I had to specifically asked for the 3rd key. Noise is an issue in this hotel too. After midnight (2~3am) we were woken by loud banging floors from upstairs. Unpleasent experience.
