Beautifully landscaped and decorated Nothing

Amazing experience staying at this B&B. The breakfasts were excellent and the amenities were top notch! Good location to beaches and state parks. Thank you to the hosts for creating such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere!

The grounds and pool are lovely. The B&B sits practically right on the busy intersection and the consistent summer road traffic noise is outrageous! It ruined my entire stay. Additionally, through this website I booked a specific room (the largest) but when I arrived to check-in I was assigned the SMALLEST room. I had screenshots of my reservation proving my reservation in the large room but the B&B owners were snotty about it and made me feel stupid. No apology or understanding. They were uppity/snotty my entire stay!

Amazing property and innkeepers! This is a hidden gem in the Rehoboth Beach area. Property is immaculate, pool is wonderfully relaxing, and breakfast offerings are delicious . Innkeepers, Joe and David , have thought of everything to make their guests feel welcome. The garden room was delightfully decorated and felt homey . The location is excellent; quick access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and a welcome refuge from the crowds when finished with daily activities. We have been going to Rehoboth for more than thirty years, this was a refreshing find for our trip .

The perfect combination of beach charm, comfortable accommodations, hospitable and efficient staff, and delightful amenities. The breakfast was delicious with gluten free options, and the dog friendly environment made traveling with our little Murray quite stress free, all topped off with a game of bocce and a very refreshing swim/float each day in the pool just outside our suite. The Homestead Bed and Breakfast in Rehoboth Beach really checks all of the boxes!

The place is pet friendly and we saw several guests with well behaved dogs. Our room, the Sea Glass room was narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend it if someone has a big dog. The inn is on a busy corner so you will hear cars, but we enjoyed our stay.

It was such a beautiful place to stay. David and Joe are super nice and helpful.

This establishment is well managed and maintained. Very rarely can you expect a B&B to be efficient and genuinely warm at the same time- Homestead makes this happen effortlessly. This is the first place we will look to stay anytime we need to stay in Delaware.

We had an amazing stay at the Homestead. This was our second time coming here and we would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. It is a very quiet place with nice amenities. The Hosts are great and served us an amazing breakfast each morning.

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast, omg! So many options with a new menu every day and the best Omelette I've ever had in my life. Super cute and thoughtful accomodations for my dog. Beautifully decorated and again, the staff, 10 out of 10! The outdoor area could use more light especially the dog yard, the pool closed way too early in my humble opinion at 7pm. My biggest gripe is you can hear every single thing going on in the common areas, in other guests rooms..., there wasn't a sense of privacy. We felt like we had to whisper in our room. Other than that I loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Homestead Bed & Breakfast! The owners are truly amazing people—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to make sure you are comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. The whole place felt warm, relaxing, and like a home away from home. We highly recommend the Homestead Bed & Breakfast and will definitely be returning!

everything 10/10 it's a very peaceful property i loved it

The first time we were there I honestly didn’t like the location being 15 minutes away from the beach but honestly it’s perfect… out of the crazy traffic area of the coastal highway…. The worst thing is going to the boardwalk/beach and trying to find a parking spot… David and Joe are excellent hosts Nothing….. they added a pool and as far as I’m concerned I wouldn’t have to leave the property….. other than to get something to eat of course

Fabulous breakfasts every morning with great selections. Joe and David were fabulous hosts. We stayed last year in sunflower room with our dog it was wonderful. This year we stayed in the carriage house loft and it was absolutely fabulous.i cannot say enough good things. This is the place to stay in Delaware❤️ Nothing

The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful with any request we had. They cooked a wonderful breakfast to order each morning based off their well rounded menu. The pool area is tidy and had all the amenities you could need. The parking on site was spacious and secure. The lounge area was wonderfully kept and had poker, chess sets and a TV to entertain. They had ice and water ready to serve their guests at their leisure. Truly an 11/10 place to stay. Genuinely nothing to complain about here.

We love this B&B, and so does our dog. The dog wash is particularly great after a trip to the beach. Great breakfasts for the humans, with lots of choices.

Beautiful property, well maintained, great pool, clear self check-in instructions It is unacceptable to rent out the Orchard Room as is: the noise level from upstairs is out of control. You hear absolutely everything above you: conversations, dogs running around, luggage being moved. First night was cut short at 6:45am when the upstairs neighbors woke up. Thankfully, they checked out that day. Next night, same story, but at least the noise started at 8am.
