I didn’t like anything about this hotel. Property is filthy. Room was dirty, towels stained.

Despite the property needing some maintenance, the staff was amazing! They were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel was also very pet-friendly, providing treats upon arrival as well as plenty of dog waste bags and disposal areas outside. The photos are very misleading. The hotel felt outdated and unclean, with stained carpets, holes in the walls, and stained towels. The room was also extremely noisy, and the thin sheets made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The shower only just got warm, the outlets didn’t work, and the exterior doors were broken, requiring me to walk around to the lobby to enter. Overall, the property is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and updating.

We actually did not stay at the property due to a family emergency. But the property on the outside was not well maintained and the front desk staff were very rude. I don’t recommend this property at all.

This property was absolutely filthy! We couldn’t even think about sleeping there. The hall carpets were black with filth, and the pool and jacuzzi were disgustingly dirty. The GM also admitted that there was black mold all over in the first floor rooms.

Initially, we were sent to a room that still had guests because they had extended their stay. To make things better, we were given a gift bag. The staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the room that we ended up with was not clean. The floors hadn’t been swept, shower was not cleaned, and the ceilings were covered in mold. Additionally, the carpeting in all of the hallways was so dirty that you could see the footpath down the hallways and into the rooms. The appearance of the front of the building, and front lobby looked nice and presentable. But, as soon as you’re beyond that point, it just got worse.

We are local to the area and needed to have some home repairs done with short notice. I found this listing and was surprised at how reasonable the price was. I was concerned with booking online because we were bring our dog and I was confused about whether the rooms available were pet-friendly. I called and explained our circumstances to the manager and he happily told us to come down and he would check us in, and that they treat the pet guests better than the humans. I LOVED hearing this and they even gave our dog a goodie bag with treats, they have fresh water out and treat jars in the lobby for them, and have nice walking areas for potty breaks When we arrived, we explained that the repairs could take anywhere from 3-5 days, more if there were unseen issues. He had us pay through the first 3 days and said to just come down and extend our stay if necessary. The hotel was in the process of renovating rooms with plans for the lobby and hallways to be done, replacing all carpet with bare floors. This allowed all rooms to be offered as pet-friendly rooms, as opposed to just a few. The carpet there now Is in need of replacing, but the rest of the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, especially the manager, Michael. The price was extremely reasonable, especially with an indoor pool and hot tub available. And most surprising, the other guests were also all extremely friendly, sociable, and seemingly happy to be there. I know we were. We will absolutely be going back there to stay after the renovations, just for a staycation. The current carpet in the lobby and halls was old and stained. Being a beach hotel, carpet was a bad choice for a busy hotel. Thankfully, they are replacing the carpet soon and will have hard floors throughout the hotel. This was a minor issue and after such a pleasant experience with everything else, it's hard to even mention it.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast bar was bare muffins and bagels..toaster broken. Staff put things out late what little they did have .. terrible breakfast

We had such an amazing time. Not only was the beach beautiful, but the hotel and staff were just as great. We had no issues with anything, even the my paralyzed mother, everything was extremely accessible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability. It’s a short drive to the beach, but the disabled room is perfect. The bed is not super tall as most art, so easy for wheelchair transfer or people who can’t climb. The shower is easy to wheel your chair in or out of, OR there’s a handy shower chair!! 100% would recommend.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever spent the night in, do not believe the breakfast thing as well. A boiled egg and waffle, toast. I went down at 7 no breakfast, I asked the kid at the desk. He chuckled and said oh yeah. It was so filthy ceilings had mold on them. If I could rate 0 I would. Save your money, don’t ever ever book here.

The facilita is great, but atención should be paid to the rugs on the halls. The room where cliente and nice an the stand was excellent.
