Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach

The room was clean & eveyone had a good night sleep

The hotel was getting ready to tear up the rugs in common areas they definitely need to be done. The room was ample floors needed mopping. Great parking off highway. Staff was very nice. We would give it another chance after renovations.

The hotel was in a convenient location for what we needed it for. The front desk person was extremely nice, and gave us a little gift bag with water and some granola bars which I appreciated. The lobby seemed recently updated. The hallways looked like they could use an update and while the main part of the room was nice, the bathrooms needed some help. Breakfast was adequate but not great (nothing gluten free for those who this effects.) For the price i would stay here again.

We have to pay a separate fee to use the pool. There is an outside sitting area but is not maintained at all and cannot be use, a complete shame. They did said the rugs were going to be changed next month and that's a good thing because they are very dirty and stinky. Hotel is in a very good location but needs a very good maintainance.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Breakfast options were limited but very tasty. The room was comfortable and clean when we arrived. I would stay here again.

Breakfast?? Lol... Bread waffles and dry muffins... Parking was the best thing about this place.. old,, extremely dirty carpet and tile floors.. won't ever stay there again and wish I can get a refund..

I needed a 1 night stay for 2 adults, 2 kids for 1 night on July 4. Beggars can't be choosers. I paid $350. Ok. Holiday and all that. However: filthy hall carpet, a lot of dust and debris in sleeping room, bathroom door that didn't fully close (was that way at pool restroom too - you could see into the unisex stall), the bathroom was rusty and had debris. I don't think they know how to sweep corners. The TV wouldn't get any channels. However, when child became ill in the night, we were provided a pile of linen to our room and extra towels. Has it not been a holiday, I would have expected $89 a night and would still write about the lack of cleanliness.

The place was horrible, the carpets were stained, and dirty,the room was poorly cleaned, the beds i though we could catch bed bugs the swimming pool was somewhat tolerable, parking was ok,,over all will never stay there again.

The property is very conveniently located, the room was spotless, the staff was very courteous and welcoming and I intend to make this my go to whenever I visit the beach!!!

I loved seeing all the dogs. The place just needs some updating.

The staff was wonderful!! Very helpful and considerate, and the indoor pool was a great addition to our stay. We'll stay there again when we go back to Rehoboth!

Terrible in terms of cleanliness. They were helpful when we requested a refund.

Staff was helpful and always available, rooms were comfortable and clean and maintained well, and the location is just a short drive to the beach. I've stayed here two years in a row and can never find a better place for the lower rate they offer anywhere else.

Our room was ok but was in need of cleaning and updating. The bed was comfortable and well maintained but the electric fireplace in the bedroom did not work at all, and was dirty looking, and the TV (or the service) in the room was so glitchy that it was unwatchable. The floors were also dirty enough that it left our feet black after walking barefoot. The shower and toilet were clean but the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty when we arrived. Later in the evening after asking for them to be refilled, the shampoo dispenser was still empty and the conditioner dispenser was broken because whoever replaced it, did it improperly. Overall, we were not happy with our stay and would most likely not come again.

The staff was amazing the only thing I'd have to complain about was not enough towels in the pool room . And I wish the house keeping would take out the trash instead of leaving it till the day I left. But otherwise my second trip to the Wave was very enjoyable and I'll be going back next year.
