The property was an acceptable stay for a beach town during peak tourist season at a great price.

It is an Econolodge, they're the same building.

They have updated rooms since last summer. Wish pool hours were extended.

Great staff. Room is what we needed and clean however, updates are needed. Pool was nice. Continental breakfast could use some TLC as far as ensuring juice is replenished throughout breakfast.

I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room instead. When I asked to be moved to the room I had reserved, the front desk staff said they were unable to accommodate my request. The front desk employees were not friendly or helpful and showed little concern for resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the TV in the room was not working. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I expected much better service, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.

I would definitely choose this property again, just a note it does need some updates.

Nice size room, but very dirty. Couldn’t walk around without your feet being black. Nothing vacuumed and appliances very outdated.

(I had booked 2 rooms, 2 nights) Thin, rough textured towels, washcloths. Missing or incomplete parts in the bathroom and room. Old, cracked, stained furniture, floors, doors. Rugs looked “icky”, I had something on my feet all the time. We bought room deodorizer for our rooms to keep the urine smell that was coming from the outside walkway, ventilating in through the air conditioner. SAVING GRACE: The air conditioner worked. If you’re germaphobic, I am not recommending you stay here.

No clean room

The rooms need updated badly! The carpet is so old I didn’t even want walk on it barefoot. The toilet had pee on the bottom when we checked in. The couch had questionable stains. Housekeeping didn’t come all week, we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Trash in the parking lot, weeds in landscaping. Breakfast room not keep clean during breakfast.

The rooms are not.what I expected old TVs in the rooms door frame busted where looked like someone try to break in

We booked a non-smoking room and it had clearly been smoked in, and the entire room smelled like urine.

The carpets were dirty. The door did not have a security lock very dingy dark holes in the wall walls stained ceilings peeling I’m still waiting for towels to be delivered so I could take a shower. The continental breakfast room had food all over the floor air-conditioning, barely working phones did not work no Internet service and when you call the main number to get the front desk, it just rang and rang and nobody picked up.

Drive to beach was close, close to restaurants and shopping center and easy to walk around. Breakfast provided basic options. Room was decent of clean but needs update.

Love that there's a room separated from the living space but the bathroom door hinges make a loud sound when opening and closing and the shower ceiling looks like its about to fall and the hot water goes on and off. The couch feels sticky but over all, not bad for its location, we can walk to Cracker Barrel.

Air Conditioner was terribly loud.

For the price we paid, it was great.
