Rodeway Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach

The hotel could use some updating and maintenance repairs. The rooms were not very clean, it seemed like house keeping doesn't care about their work. We ended up switching rooms because our original room was dirty. The sink was dirty with hair and dirt. Their was a used wash cloth in the shower, the one pillow smelled like body odor, there were no sheets on the pull out sofa bed. The room was obviously not cleaned much of at all. The room always to be changed because the beds were made but upon further inspection we quickly realized the room was pretty gross. Overall our stay was fine and the staff were helpful.

The Breakfast menu was fresh. The AC worked well but was very filthy and needed cleaned. The room was fairly clean, but under the refrigerator in the drain pan there were a lot of molds. The pool was very nice. The staff was friendly, except the maintenance man would not clean the AC vents, filters and cover that were covered in dust which made the room smell musty. My son who has allergies had to wear a mask because of it. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable for me and I didn't sleep well.

the room was dirty, the paint in the bathroom was peeling off in several places, there were 2 tv, none of them worked.

Don’t prepay because you may not be able to tolerate your room

Seriously needs repairs and updating. Walls falling apart in bathroom. Disgusting carpet that had tears and stains. Beds were adequate. Space was good but wouldn’t recommend.

At the very least keep the rooms a little uoafted and clean. The staff are very nice but they can only do so much when the rooms are so old and dirty

I had a suite. Staff was very friendly. It comes with fridge and microwave which was nice. The shower would switch between hot and cold water a lot and the tv could maybe add Netflix or something, but all in all a pretty decent stay!!

The Staff and the parking was a positive experience. Overall maintenance of rooms could use work and a deep clean. The housekeeping kept beds and bathroom clean. Breakfast was misleading as we were directed to the hotel next door as they did not offer breakfast on site.

Location Poorly maintained

The location The toilet didn’t flush, the fridge froze everything in it, breakfast wasn’t at our location had to go over to the next hotel and there was a space in the closet that was open. Door didn’t lock and bed was broke

My daughter spent several hours cleaning the room. There was fish juice in the refrigerator drawers, & when we opened the refrigerator, it was horrible. The kitchen & bathroom floors were so sticky. There was dirt in the bathtub. We had to get cleaner & rags from the cleaning staff to scrub the floors & refrigerator. Once it was cleaned, we told the cleaning staff not to go into our room to clean. The mop they were using was disgustingly dirty. The rest of our stay was good, but we shouldn’t have had to spend so much time cleaning. The breakfast was decent, & the pool was nice & clean. The exterior of the property was very well maintained. I really liked the layout of the suite. Parking was good & the staff was very cooperative.

Bed The kitchen was not what I expected the bathroom was dirty the staff was horrible had to go to another hotel for breakfast

Staff was very helpful when needed extra stuff. They came in and vacuumed everyday with out messing with our personal belongings. Parking was close to our room. The pool was clean. They were doing active remodeling under us but you wouldnt of even known they were quiet about it. Check in was very easy. The only issue we keep having was our room cards had to keep being reactived. Other than that it was a nice stay

Nothing Very disappointed, mold dry blood someone else’s hair, pubic hair in the Towels

It was really easy to find room and the pool was perfect Should try yo fix rooms like a small remodel

Disgusting! Don’t stay here! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. The outside of the toilet bowl had poop on it! And you could tell the shower hadn't been cleaned in years! The sheets were dirty and stained. The only 'clean' thing was the towels! The staff are young students who are respectful and have a very good attitude, but unfortunately, they don't know how to clean a bathroom. I definitely DO NOT recommend it.
