Unfortunately, things really went downhill from there. Two pairs of HeyDudes that we had purchased from the outlet were stolen from our room. We reported the issue to the woman at the front desk, who told us she could not review the security cameras and would have to wait for her manager to come in. Nothing was ever done about the situation, and we were left out $50 for the stolen shoes. The breakfast was decent overall, except for one day when there were no eggs. We were told that the distributor had not brought any. Our kids did enjoy the saltwater pool, which was definitely a highlight of the stay.

This hotel was one of the worst I have stayed out. I expected a lot more for $450/night. The room was not cleaned, dust everywhere, water in the ice bucket, soap in the shower and tub was dirty, wet towels. The A/C was broken. Staff only said, will let management know. No compensation. No apology. Then proceeded to talk about my complaint when I walked away. This place needs a new staff. I was hoping to stay again in the winter for shellville but we will be finding a different hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Clean rooms and all amenities were very nice. We had a short stay and was having car problems for our return trip home. The staff was helpful in reserving the same room for an additional night and helping find a garage for repairs.

The hotel itself was clean and bright with nice colors. The staff was present and quickly acted when we asked for towels, and toiletries. I felt that the bathtub could have been cleaned better. The floor still had dust, the hotel phone did not work, which meant going down to lobby for things. 1 of the lamps, had no bulb. The pool was clean, heated, yet the towels for the pool were small, and not cleaned well.

My family stayed from Friday-Sunday and our room was not serviced once. There was a low supply of towels. The bed sheets seem to be very crummy (sandy)

We stayed on the first floor, our window was facing the pool. We couldn't leave the curtains open. There were a lot.of people in the pool.

They should change the menu at least every two days; it wasn't easy for us to stay for five days and eat the same thing. The pancake machine is a good idea, but adding a second machine would be more helpful for guests. We had problems with the air conditioning at 3:00 AM on Friday; the issue was resolved by 4:00 PM that same day, and the work was well done. The maintenance person was always attentive.

The room was big and the pool was nice.

Our toilet clogged and the manager handed me a plunger to do it myself. Our AC died. The free breakfast ran out of eggs, sausage, milk, and juice by 8:30 am. The maintenance person later in the day later in the day was helpful. After having a flooded bathroom all morning and no way to use the bathroom he did come up and fix that and try and fix the AC and when that wasn’t able to be fixed got us switched to a different room. But the morning was hard with our nieces not able to shower or use the bathroom all morning or early afternoon.

Parking was fine. The breakfast was not good and coffee was terrible.

And who thought it would be a good idea to remove every single drawer and dresser from the rooms? There's zero space to store clothing other than decorative hangers surrounding the TV (not kidding). I see this feedback echoed on several other reviews as well. It's a shame as the hotel is in a very convenient location off US-1. Rooms were clean.

Professional and friendly staffs

I think the breakfast could have been better.

As far as the hotel was concerned, it had a great location and free parking. Love my view out the window, Breakfast was so so. There were not electrical outlets close to the bed to plug my cpap into. There was sand in the corners of the bathroom. Water pressure was poor in the shower and could not control the water temperature very well. You had to live out of your suitcase because there was no closet or drawer to put your clothes in.

Not so good experience. We couldn’t check in until 45 minutes later than the scheduled time because the room wasn’t ready. No one made our beds or took our trash. Had to ask for toilet paper and took out our own trash. Overheard staff member complaining that staff called out.

We had a king room with coffee maker and no coffee or cups or condiments. Had to ask every day to have room cleaned and extra towels. It was not clean when we checked in. Hairs all over the couch floor was dirty. Toilet was dirty. Very disappointed. Only save was it was close to outlets and restaurants

Every thing is fine

We had a clean room....the pool was just right and free coffee and tea all day. The location was 12 minutes drive from beach and many shopping stores in the area as well as restaurants, gas stations, etc. Easy to get around, but definitely need a car to get around in this area.

It was clean. Parking was plenty.

Clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Only stayed one night but I have no complaints.
