This place was amazing for our weekend at the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were great. The shuttles to and from the beach were convenient and affordable.

Room was newly renovated and very clean. Parking is a bit tight but works well enough. Airconditioning is a mini-split that works very well in the summer. Would visit again

Great location and clean room. Easy parking and room was cold after a long day in the sun.

The rooms, towels, and sheets were not cleaned properly. I had to grab toilet paper from a bin that was outside and it had mildew on it.

The only challenge I found with this location was that the road outside the Waypoint is pretty busy so you could hear traffic in our room. It was pretty loud. If you are a light sleeper or traveling with children, I suggest a sound machine. Otherwise, I would stay here again!

Nice room but EXTREMELY NOISY from cars racing up Rehoboth ave. My room was right next to street. Suggest soundproofing. Great to have frig in room but would have been great to have cups for water. That’s an easy fix

The Waypoint was a wonderful property for our stay in Rehoboth Beach. It is state of the art, clean, friendly staff, and great location. I highly recommend it.
