The Waypoint

Room was clean modern and great for a couple. Easy parking. Self check in was easy. Staff was responsive via text.

The property was extremely clean. There is not a full time on duty person at Waypoint and it is 1.8 miles from the Boardwalk.

The property was perfect for a long weekend at the beach! Our room was small but clean and comfortable. The property appears to have been recently remodeled and they did a very nice job. The golf cart shuttle to the beach was definitely worth it! The driver was super friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. My only slight complaint was that room cleaning is generally not provided for stays under a certain amount of days. However, we were able to get extra towels when we asked so that was perfect! The room also had two beach towels to use. I was so happy not to have to get mine out and carry a bunch of sand home!!!

Room was very nice and super clean. Food was available next door along with beverages at a discount for visitors staying at the hotel. Parking was available for free and has plenty of room. Only issue was the TV had no local channels NBC,ABC,CBS

Great location, spacious for a hotel style room and clean/new construction. Quick walk to town and great access to bike trail. Roadway noise - very loud in evening and mornings.

Very good

Very clean but very noisy at night. Too close to the road and you can hear everything. Also you have to go to the sister hotel a couple of buildings past it to register. If there is a problem no one is on staff you have to call them.

The location was excellent with easy parking. The room was very clean and also nice and cold. The bed was extremely comfortable and gave a great nights sleep. Check in was quick and easy.

Terrific place to stay. Very clean with extra amenities such as beach towels, umbrella, and discounted dining the place next door. Will definitely stay there again

We used to stay at this property when it was The Shore Inn in the 1990's and 2000's. In 2008 the new owners let the place go downhill, and we didn't return to Rehoboth Beach for 18 years. The renovation to the property and the rooms were incredible. New bathrooms, with a large walk in shower, new flooring-- everything new. The bed was comfortable. The only negatives-- the front desk is at the next property, and I had to walk over to get the parking pass to place in our car. They said they'd bring it over, but we had dinner reservations, and I didn't want to wait. Also with no breakfast, they mentioned free coffee at the Brewery next door- but that did not open until 11am. A short twenty minute walk to town and many good restaurants. For gay nightlife, Diego's is right across the street, and Aqua (15 minute walk) had a fun Happy Hour.

a little sandy but definitely typical of a beach property. wonderful size bed, fridge but no microwave. ac worked great and tv could support samsung screenshare. parking was a little funky but not unmanageable. would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Zac was amazing and super helpful and friendly. Still awaiting my deposit??? Would recommend!

Exceptional

Great stay right in the heart of Rehoboth! There is no onsite staff but can easily reach the team via phone. Only complaint was the people above my room were loud all hours of the night but nothing the hotel team can do about that!

Clean nice and new Parking was a bit tight

Great location about one half mile from downtown Rehoboth. Room had an Alaskan King Bed 9’x9’ which was awesome. A bit pricey.

Lovely little spot. The room was modern, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. There is a golf cart shuttle that is 5 bucks each way to and from the boardwalk which was very convenient. I would absolutely stay there again.

The room was very clean, stylish, and nicely decorated. The location was great and very convenient. The room had a refrigerator, hair dryer, and safe, but there was no microwave or coffee machine, which would have been nice to have. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great location.

My biggest complaint is that the hotel was very noisy - not the hotels fault - but something I would want to know as a guest. The guests on the top floor were very inconsiderate, banging, slamming doors, stomping, etc until after 1am which made it hard to fall asleep. Better insulation in the rooms would help with this. The hotel didn’t make it clear (or maybe I missed it) that we had to check in down the street at their sister hotel. This was a surprise to us. Overall it was a good stay… very clean, very nice renovation of an older hotel and good location .
