The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was great, the air conditioning worked well, the property was well maintained, parking was available and easy. We had a great stay!

The property is in a great location, walkable to the boardwalk but away enough for some peace. The premium suite, 1 king bed with sofa bed room was stylish and immaculate. This will be my first choice when visiting Rehoboth Delaware.

Great place to stay if you are coming in to visit the area. Super clean and can tell everything is still fairly new.

Everything was great. Nice option for Rehoboth. Easy walk to shops and beach or short drive. Nice, well appointed rooms. Easy parking with EV charger. Only complaint was no cups/glasses in the room.

Very friendly everyone I had an incredible time they gave me a guide and they were incredible the only thing that was not bad if not a little difficult to find where to check in otherwise incredible service, beautiful room everything I loved

Fabulous renovation and spa like finishes. Great towels, sheets and soap!!! This is a great spot but really just for adults because there is not a pool onsite. The adjacent craft brewery is great! It is a wonderful place to stay at a reasonable price during the summer!

Clean rooms, spacious bathrooms air condition was clean and working amazingly. Parking lot was suitable and staff were very attentive and helpful on the phone for check in and out and well as any questions we had during our stay. We loved everything about this hotel just wish it was a pool and some outdoor activities on site. We were hopeful to try revelations but they were not open yet.

It was perfectly clean. The bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but they have a shuttle.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the room was nicely upgraded in comparison to this competition. The property was cute, easily accessible, and modern! I loved it! The couple area for feedback: the website says the shuttle is one price of $ 5.00 total if you use the shuttle, and then the in-room menus say $ 10 per rider per day. It feels like a money grab, not like a true amenity. They partnered with an Hilton down the road to give pool access… surprise if you use it, $ 20.00 per person per day. My BIGGEST issue was the floors — they were quite dirty, so much so that I couldn’t walk around barefoot. I had to place a towel by the bed just to wipe my feet before getting in. I even took a video of me wiping the floors, and you could see how nasty and dirty it was. It might be worth giving the floors a deeper clean between guests.

Very clean and comfortable. Issues are it is close to main road, but pretty quiet till 530 or 6 a.m.. then u here construction trucks and motorcycles starting up from the traffic light across from property. No microwave, coffee maker or access to hot water for tea in room or on premises. They supply 2 nice beach towels (and a beach umbrella- but our room didn't have it, be careful cuz they may think u took it and charge you) and robes. Would rather have microwave or coffemaker, rather than dealing with traffic to get a cup of coffee or tea. You are on the main street, which is very busy.

We loved the contactless check-in option. The property was clean and updated. The air conditioning worked great, which we appreciated.

When we checked in late at night we immediately had to kill some small insects in the room. Not a huge deal, we are near the beach. Then there was no shower gel in the shower to wash with. We just used shampoo instead. Also there was hair in the shower and sink. Lastly we noticed there was no tv remote anywhere. After looking we called the front desk who didn’t know what to do so asked us to hold and then hung up. After we called back we were hung up on again. Then a different representative called and said it would be there in 30. After an hour we figured no one was coming and went to sleep. Then was woken up by someone bringing the remote. The pros are it’s very close to the beach, the building is definitely updated at least and check in was easy. You don’t need a physical key.

Cool hotel. Cheap for the room you get

This a nice, modern, and clean stay. It’s a 2 min drive to the beach. During my stay, there were going through the reconstruction of the office; however, there were nearby and addressed my issue with code entry.
