Beach Boutique Hotel

I was charged twice for my stay. I paid for the room online when I made the reservation. When I checked in, I was asked to provide my card for the security deposit. However, I later discovered that, in addition to the deposit, I was charged for the room a second time. As a result, I ended up paying $400+ for a single night in a dirty room. I have emailed the hotel and contacted them through Booking , but no one has responded to me for over a week. I simply want the duplicate charge refunded. This has been a frustrating experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Exceptional

The lobby is extremely clean, smells good, and has an inviting atmosphere. The staff was excellent, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and smelled clean. The property has plenty of parking. The breakfast had no protein, and the choices were mostly carbs

It smelled wonderful everywhere, carpet was clean (which seems to be hard for hotels to keep up with), breakfast was limited but good for a quick grab and go. By far one of the best places I’ve stayed lately. Booking advertises/offers cribs upon request at this location. When checking in, I was told there weren’t any. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have brought a pack & play.

Clean rooms

We would stay here again. Decent price per night considering the coastal vacation area. Lots of comfy and and beach themed seating in the lobby. We unfortunately slept in too late to enjoy the continental breakfast, and we had to check out after one night because of the bad weather that came with the Nor'easter. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious, which was perfect since we had our 19-month-old child with us and she needed space to play. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful, as was the temperature. The mattresses were okay in terms of comfort, but I do prefer a softer bed and these were a little on the firmer side. The refridgerator was amazingly cold---I've actually never stayed in a hotel where the fridge was so cold, so A+ for that! Parking was aplenty and close to the entrance. Keep in mind we went outside peak beach season.

When I walked in to check the receptionist at the desk wasn't there for about 40 seconds. She never greeted us but just walked to the computer then asked what is the last name while still looking at the computer, never looked at us. Her customer service skills were terrible. It seemed that she didn't want to work at that time. We finally checked in the rest of our stay was very good. At check out on Sunday morning the host was totally different, actually she was amazing.

The staff were absolutely excellent!! The gym was minimal, but did exist! And the breakfast was as good as it can be without any fresh prepared hot items. But it was stocked with a variety of cold or microwave/toaster items and they would restock if out. The double queen rooms were spacious, I would stay here again. I really cant speak enough about how helpful and friendly all the staff were!

Everyone was nice The blanket on the bed looked like there was throw up on it. We brought our own blankets thank goodness

This is the second time I have stayed at the Beach Boutique Hotel. It's is very clean, quiet, relaxed, staff is EXCELLENT and accommodating, and it's not overly and unnecessarily fancy stuff you pay for whether you want to or not. My only suggestion is put at least one USB port in the rooms, that's become a basic necessity over the years.

Big comfortable room, nice lobby and meeting room, close to the outlets and beaches. Breakfast choices were limited, no eggs or meat.
