Very clean and staff was great. Air conditioner was pretty loud shutting on and off and nothing really for breakfast but room was clean and comfy.

I liked that we could hop on a bus for a dollar (65+) and go to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes and Tanger Outlets, etc.

The staff is friendly and the pool was beautifully maintained. Close to the shuttle station and both Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. The Continental breakfast was perfect to start the day. Even though the room was smoke free there was an area around the hotel to sit and smoke. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here in the future. The price is very reasonable.

Very good overall----VERY quiet for the area.

Room was clean and comfortable. They only had a tiny breakfast because the delivery service didn't show up. They ran out of bowls and coffee plus spoons.

The entire experience was very pleasant. I missed having a deck from the room, but the price was excellent and the hotel was conveniently located.

The rooms need to be deep cleaned as there was dust everywhere and the carpet smelled horrible. This was out anniversary and it was horrible.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. Clean rooms. Next to DART beach bus making it convenient to just walk over.
