I needed a place just for the night and this fit the bill for location and price.

Hotel recently reopened....lobby and rooms were updated and clean. Some areas still needed upgrades. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but better than nothing .

We arrived after 5 pm on our arrival date and the room wasn't ready. We stood in the hallway for approximately a half hour while they got the room ready and it seemed like a rush job.

Excellent spacious room. Beds were comfy and the bathroom nice and big. Microwave/refrigerator area came in handy. We love the location which is so close to the beach, outlets and restaurants. Didn’t get a chance to have breakfast nor swim in the nice pool. I saw some guest really enjoying themselves in the pool. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

The property is well maintained and my room was very clean when I arrived. Great WiFi and location was good for me. I don’t want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rehoboth and Dewey but close enough for a 10 min or less trip. The beds are comfortable but it took me a minute to realize what appeared to be mini pillows were rolled up full sized pillows. I undid them but believe they were flat in certain places because of them being rolled up. The reason I didn’t give this place five stars is because the air conditioning wasn’t working that well. Even at 63 and selecting “Constant Fan” the room was pretty warm most of the time with brief moments of being cool. It wouldn’t be a big issue if it wasn’t during the heatwave this week (90+ outside). Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. I would return and definitely recommend!

Cheryl at the front desk was very helpful with helping us get around the area and save time and money. The property and room were clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Park and ride was right behind the hotel. The beds are a little worn. And the pillows are very soft. Bring your own pillow if you like firmness.

Excellent staff. Clean hotel. Spacious room with hot water and cold air. Pool area was really nice. Close to shopping and food. Not on the beach but so close.

Hotel was no frills but very clean. There was a shuttle bus to the beach and boardwalk within a a minute walk from the hotek so we didn't have to worry anout parking on a Saturday. The only negative about thd hotel was that the breakdast, although free consisted mainly of plastic wrapped pastries, coffee and a couple other items.

My bf and I booked a quick stay for my birthday weekend. We stayed for one night, but we enjoyed all the amenities provided. We were right next to the ice room saving us money on buying ice for our cooler. The pool was warm despite the cool temperatures. The breakfast bar was simple but got the job done. The hotel had excellent public bus service that took us directly to the boardwalk, and the staff were very helpful with getting all the necessary information to us. The laundry room was a plus as we were able to wash our bathing suits. It takes quarters only, and the only "complaint" I had was the washers were slightly dirty in the detergent compartment. However I will be returning for the pleasant, kind, and hospitable staff. Thank you so much for your kindness and service, my bf definitely enjoyed talking to the ladies at the front desk as he was able to fix the washers after the hotel lost power after a storm. He definitely loves to be useful.

I like to staff . They were so kind and friendly The room smelled really bad. And for breakfast, there was basically nothing except cereal and stale bread.

Great location. Housekeeping could have been better. Had to make my own bed. Trash cans not emptied after the first day.
